  Experience was wonderful!! Right upon entering the Albany NY store we were greeted by a salesperson, Aaliyah. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. She assisted my husband and myself throughout our time spent at the store. She not only checked us out with our purchases, she completed our initial returns from an online purchase, as well as placing in store order for shirts that we wanted to purchase that they did not have in my husband's size. As I am writing this we just received one of the shirts in the mail this afternoon!! Aaliyah was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful throughout our time at the store. I will definitely ask for her again on our next trip to the store if she is working. As a side note the Mens Harbor Bay button down short sleeve summer shirts are amazing and fit my husband perfectly. Thank you again Aaliyah!!

  Chantel is a Queen of retail. Chantel made this the BEST shopping experience I’ve had with Wolf Road DXL yet and I usually have a decent go of it. I came in last minute in a panic less than an hour to catch my train. She measured me up got me in a shirt with a matching tie and some new shoes in no time flat all while assisting other shoppers. The store is good but without amazing and I mean AMAZING employees like her there would be no point in shopping. She tried to meet my every need and want offered everything to help that she could think of and listened to me complain about my wardrobe emergency! I know for a fact I was a bit of a pain when it came to finding a good shirt but she made it happen. I came in only wanting a shirt and maybe a tie, left buying a shirt, new shoes, a belt, and the tie. If I wasn’t already carrying a suit from Dxl she might have sold me one of those too. I appreciate her and her attentiveness as my bit of chaos rushed her as the first customer of the morning but she saved my day.
