  The staff was so nice, the ambiance was very welcoming. I tried their defyer, blade and clash rackets in their mini indoor walling area… it was a really nice experience, worth my 2hr drive to Paramus from Pennsylvania! Definitely coming back!

  Really disappointed with my experience because I was given completely different information by two employees. The guy who helped me when I bought my tennis racket was great. I asked about the return policy because I wasn't sure if I'd like how the racket felt when playing. He told me returns would be difficult if it had been used, so I almost didn't buy it. Then, a sales lady, Kitania, chimed in and assured me I could try it out as long as there were no scuffs or damage. I played with it once and didn't like the feel. It's a white racket, so the grip became slightly off-white from normal hand sweat, which is pretty much unavoidable after one use. When I went back to return it (and buy another racket) Kitania first said she couldn't accept it because the plastic on the handle was removed. I reminded her that she was the one who told me to try playing with it. She then changed her reason and said the grip looked "used" because of the slight discoloration. She even asked me, in a very condescending way, if I knew what "excellent condition" meant. I wish she googled the meaning of it first before being condescending to me - “New” is diff from “excellent condition” 🙄. The grip band tape was also off-white as shown in the pic and so i tried to explain that the grip was not white-white in the first place. I wouldn't have bought the racket in the first place if I had been told that using it even once would make it non-returnable. My issue isn't just the denied return. It's the inconsistent advice and especially the attitude. I just wish the staff gave accurate, consistent information so customers know what to expect before making a purchase.

  Ellis helped me pick out a casual shirt for my husband who is sooo picky. He loved it! Thank you! Store is beautiful and they were having a Matcha event the day I went. Such a fun inviting idea. Will bbs for myself.

  Excellent service and selection. The staff is attentive and excited about their store. Great place for all your tennis needs. A big shout out to Tim, the store manager..amazing!!!

  This is a huge store that they opened on second floor of GSP, right opposite of to the Lego store. This store is so big that they managed to fit a small practice court with wooden floor inside the store. They also have very nice well-maintained fitting rooms. This store also has the online order up pick up option as well. The store has so many amazing Wilson products including their unique clothing for men and women. They also have equipments like rackets, balls, shoes, and gear for tennis, pickleball and few other sports. These prices are same as their website, no hiking for being in retail store. Prices are comparatively higher since their products are top quality. The staff members were friendly at the store. They greeted all the customers who walked. They also sought to help with any questions or price of goods.
