  The friendly professionalism and smooth way of making my online returns was a superb experience! Unlike any other. A real pity I didn’t ask for a name of the store worker that processed it for me. She was extremely efficient, patient and understanding!! She deserves a 10 star rating for giving this service even when it was almost store closing time!

  Normally the staff here are very helpful, but last Saturday I walked into the store before 7:30 pm and most of the lights were turned off. When I asked why it was so dark, I was told they close at 8:00. I asked if the lights could be turned on and I was told they could not. I was really annoyed by this person's attitude and lack of interest in customer satisfaction. Very disappointing.

  Went there today to shop, arrived 30 minutes before closing, and half of the lights in the store were off. There were a few things I wanted to look at but it was too dark to see sizes or anything. I asked the staff to turn the lights on so I could see the clothes and they refused since they were “close to closing time”. If the store is effectively closed at 7:30 then just change the hours. So frustrating to look up the hours online to drive all the way to the store and then not actually be able to look at anything.
