  Initially on April 4th, I did not have a good experience regarding customer service so I did not want to return. However, on May 3rd when i had to complete an exchange I had a great exchange with the manager named Darlene. She was professional, kind, and helpful. I think it is important that a store not only have good quality clothing but have good customer service. Thank you Darlene

  Rude, rude rude !!! I thought maybe they were just having a bad day.. but after seeing all the other reviews of people sharing the same experiences that I had I believe this is a reoccurring issue with them.

  The blonde, bug eye, giraffe employee has to be the stankest, rudest, and most disrespectful employee Ive ever encountered. She rolls her eyes every time I ask for her to bring down something or for a fitting room. She walks away the second she brings the item and when I call her again to bring something else down she says comments like “I wanna go home” or “is there ANYTHING else I can bring down before I walk away” maybe if you didn’t disappear after the first item id have a second to tell you. Absolutely the worst, makes me dread having to come to Windsor but Im still a customer because the clothes are cute.

  The girls in that store are mean. Before being a sales person be a person. Homophobics and very rude people. My partner and I felt completely discrimintaded.

  Dresses had picks, wrinkles, and dust on them. Not to mention very rude employees.
