This place is an absolute joke. I ordered two pairs of Ray-Bans and had them shipped to this Sunglass Hut location because it was supposedly “faster.” After waiting several days, I went to pick them up around 1 PM, only to find the doors locked and the store completely empty. I figured maybe the employee stepped out for lunch, so I waited around for 20 minutes. Nobody ever came back.
A couple days later, I decided to try again... I went back around 2 PM and this time there was a note on the door that said “back in 30 minutes.” Needless to say, I waited over 40 minutes and, once again, nobody ever returned to the store!
How does a business operate like this? People have jobs, schedules, and lives... they shouldn’t have to sit outside a locked store hoping an employee eventually decides to come back. Beyond unprofessional and honestly unbelievable. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would.

Purchased Gen 2 Ray Ban Headliners. I was hesitant about my purchase but eventually made a trip back to purchase them. As I was purchasing I asked to confirm that they had the specific ones I wanted in stock, as he was looking through he grabbed a box and confirmed that they did and continued to ring me up. I should have double checked but thinking that asking for clarification right before purchase, I didn’t need to. Came home to find that they were not the correct ones. Feel like he just wanted to make a sale and push me out. Anyways ended up returning it:(

Worst customer experience I have had not only in a sunglasses store of all things but as a store in general. Walked in. Told the clerk what I was looking for and they drifted me to different styles. Made me so uncomfortable with what I walked in to purchase that I walked out to think on it. Ended up coming back to purchase a pair of Oakley Gascans instead just to find out they had a mark on the lenses when I got home. Probably Oakley QC who knows…

Very disappointed with my experience at this location. I ordered a specific pair of glasses that was shown as in stock, my payment was approved, and the money was taken from my account. Because of that, I drove two hours to pick them up.
Once I arrived, I was told the glasses were not available and that the order should never have gone through, since they apparently haven’t had that pair in stock for a while. This is extremely frustrating and should not happen due to poor inventory management or system issues.
Posting this to make others aware and hopefully prevent it from happening again.

I knew what I was wanting when I got there, but after seeing the glasses in person I was very undecided. The sales associate, Dillon I believe, was patient and showed me several pair. I ended up with the Wayfair RayBan P. I love them!
