Not installed properly in my car which caused the car to completely shut down at an intersection when the brakes were applied. Traffic backed up, called a tow truck, $280.00, towed to dealership to be checked out, $500.00, to find out that the interlock was installed wrong. Sent in receipts to the company for reimbursement. Never gets word back and it has been a month. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
