- LLLilaSep 20, 20261.0Came here with my elderly grandma and the cashier was so so mean and impatient woth us. Her name was like Kim or something with a k in her name and she was so rude and acted like us being there was such an inconvenience, then when I was like oh yeah ill sign up for a rewards she sighed and stared at me like it was so annoying and I had to call the hr or whatever for like 24 minutes and sit there on the phone talking to this dude to verify-and when my grandma had coupons and asked if she could use them and was trying to see why they weren't working they acted to exasperated about it. I was trying to be nice because I know shes older but this cashier was so pushy and mean and insulted us???? I get she was older maybe like late 60s but still no excuse If u do go here see if u can get the nicer ladies to check you out and god forbid you try to use a coupon or rewards dont bother lowkey go to Ross guys they have better deals I fear

I've been trying to reach the jewelry department for DAYSSSS to see if they have a product that I'm looking for and the phone just rings and rings. That's horrible customer service. I would rather call and see if they have what I need before wasting a trip to the store and they don't have it.

The store is usually in disarray which is the fault of the shoppers but you would think they would have more employees working to fix this. They do have all sizes in stock for women’s and mens clothes but not kids. They have a wide variety for men and women but not boys.
