  Bought a pair of Nike shoes for my nephew. Drove an hour home to figure out that I have 2 right foot shoes. Called the stor back, no answer, Called department manager, no answer...for 45 minutes straight, I called every department and the only one who answered was o line pick up, which then transferred me back to store manager. What a joke. Will be shopping other avenues from this point on.

  10/6- 6:30pm- went to Belk to get a suit and shirts for a funeral. Four employees hanging out at register tucking it up while I stood there with clothes. 10 or 15 minutes later, I left. So, Belk, I’m not coming back. Belk card is paid up. Cutting it up. Waste of time. Malls are a thing of the past. Check you video tape to see how bad your employees are

  Had a great experience shopping for Vineyard Vines. Sherman the sales associate who helped me, was absolutely terrific. He was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. He took great care of me and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. The store was also extremely neat, clean, and well organized. Sherman was easily one of the nicest and most professional people I’ve met in the customer service industry. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be back.

  Not a great experience at any point. This was a multi-part experience (online order, in-store pickup, return and shop in-store), which I won't do again. I'm good. You've lost your way!
