- EMErica M.Feb 6, 20261.0DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! First, this place is a car rims, speaker, accessories, etc shop! Cost $100 to get it scheduled, $400 to get installed in my car, which we did on a late Thursday evening. Park the car and don’t drive it because I needed to go to the DMV on Monday to submit the paperwork. We went to start the car Monday, did not start. Called customer service, First Lady was so uncaring and rude, and did not care what was happening to my car. Tried to blame it on everything but the device. 2nd guy was nicer, waived the removal fee due to the low cost interlock device completely drained my battery, which was something that I am now realizing is a common thing with this company device. I want it out. But then he says the said the location I had brought, car accessories shop, won’t except payments directly from Low Cost Interlock, so I would have to pay out of pocket and then submit a form for my refund, which would be another $140+tax. This device is even known for stalling your vehicle while it’s driving.
