Apparently the coupon is only acceptable for full price current model items - which are basically not common at this store. Whether or not this has always been the stated rules for this coupon, it is now being enforced. We brought over $200 of merchandise to the checkout and were told only one of the 15+ items ‘counted’ against the $100 minimum. I guess Lands End doesn’t really want to sell the clearance items, or keep us as customers, so goodbye!

I found it in the women's department, so figure it would be an easy return. They would not take it back, told me that customers put things back in the wrong place all of the time. They wouldn't even offer a store credit, which I would have spent double today. I spend a lot of my clothing dollars at Land's End. I was so disappointed. I left feeling angry, which is rare for me.
