  Wife bought clothing from 3 stores and asked me to return. She paid 2 and I paid one. First store, Uniqlo, the took two items back. I asked for 3 more item, they picked up brought to return desk and I was out in 3 minutes. No question asked. Second stop, LL Bean. They greet ask why I am returning, I said don't want them. Out in 1 minutes. Third stop Land's End. Two sales people chatting a third. Wait for them finish and gave them store receipt with return items. Sales person: is this online store? No. my wife bought here. Sales person: I am not sure we can take store purchases with receipt. Me: What? Sales person: Let me call my manager to see whether we can take back. Me: I have never heard of this. Sales person: do you have the credit card. Me: No, my wife paid for it. Sales person: Let me call the manager. Manager: No we cannot take back without credit card. We need it to charge back. 5 minutes. Sale person does not know the policies. Does not recognize a store receipt from an online receipt. And grossly customer unfriendly attitude. Who needs these store? ---- Among the three stores they have the worst product quality and Zero customer service.

  Don't buy school uniforms here. Shipping takes forever and if it doesn't arrive on time they just extend the date by 1 month and tell you to deal with it. Placed my last order on Aug 3rd and was expected by Sept 8th. Now just told it w I ll be here by Sept 28th. Horrible customer service. The quality has also gone down hill over the past few yrs but dealt with it cuz it was the only place we could get our uniforms from. Now I will only be going through Tommy Hilfiger for all schools uniforms. Tommy actually goes out of their way to make things right when they mess up and the quality is higher. Shipping is a lot faster too

  Unprofessional staff. Went to size uniforms for my daughter and associate asked in a rude manner if we were sure our daughters school sent us to their store when we asked for assistance. Judging customers is a never a good buisness practice. She also continued to walk away when we tried to ask other questions.
