    Fabulous and friendly service! I dropped off two pieces that just needed general cleaning. The service was quick, and the gentleman behind the desk was professional and friendly. When I went to pick them up, I arrived at 8 (those are the hours according to Google), but the store actually doesn’t open until 8:30 per a sign outside. However, the same gentleman was working that day and even though he had just gotten there himself, he happily helped me get my things and pay. Now I know- 8:30! But, as someone who has formerly worked in customer service for years, I was very impressed at his flexibility and friendliness!

    Ordered 2 bathing suits online and it's been 2.5 weeks and they haven't been shipped yet. When I contacted customer service, they told me they couldn't get me an exact ship date...

    Placed a $200 order two weeks ago which was supposed to be delivered by today. My lands end account showed it as still “processing” so I reached out to customer service. I was told their distribution system had recently updated? and as a result, they would not be able to meet the delivery date. I was further told that they could not tell me when anything from the order would be delivered. Absurd. The website tells you all about the sales but nothing about their “distribution system update” which effectively invalidates their delivery date windows. I still have no clue when any items I ordered (and have paid for) will be delivered.

    Called customer service regarding rip in 2 turtle neck sweaters at seam, same place after 1 wash. They do not stand by their product the way LL Bean does!

    I have been a long time customer of Lands End and loved their merchandise but I am done with them for good! I paid my Lands End Visa bill but the local post office lost a bin of mail and my payment was in it. Lands End never received my payment, When I called to explain, I got horrible customer service and bad advice from their rep who told me not to put a stop payment on my lost check! Really poor advice! Her reasoning was that if they did receive the check and tried to process it when it had a stop payment on it, that I would incur a returned check fee. What about my lost check and what could happen to it???? I also had to beg them to waive the late fees because none of this was my fault. After a lot of discussion they were only willing to waive $15 of the late fee so I had to speak to the Sr. Account Specialist to get the other $15 removed. Very frustrating to go through this process. And after all that, they refused to remove the interest charges. You lost me as a customer there! If you want to keep a good customer, treat them well, don't treat them like dirt. I would not recommend getting a Lands End Visa and will no longer buy from Lands End because of the aggravation I incurred and their poor customer service. Goodbye Land's End! I am buying only from LL Bean from now on! LL Bean has always given me excellent customer service and treats their customers well. More to add today on 3/14/26. I am even more disgruntled with Lands End Visa and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney Generals office. I will spare you the details but I do not recommend Lands End Visa and will no longer do business with them or buy any merchandise from Lands End. This has been a terrible experience and I am very frustrated with the way this company treats customers. I will never do business with Lands End again because of this experience.
