  Wow if there were six stars Wilson would get them. Nina provided outstanding customer service and made the entire shopping experience so enjoyable. I came in looking for two golf outfits and two tennis outfits with a $400 budget, and Nina took me through the discount section first before helping me find even more amazing pieces downstairs. The selection was incredible, and I ended up happily going way over budget because everything was so worth it. The whole store had such a welcoming atmosphere, even with my child. I got these outfits today, and I seriously can’t wait to wear them out on the court and the field. This was truly an “Always Wilson” kind of experience! Thanks 💓

  Great store with a great selection of Wilson goods, but the high level of customer service is what really shines at this store. Every time I've gone here I've been helped almost immediately. I recently went in wanting to upgrade my racquet. I honestly would have bought one that day, but Ciara let me know about their demo program as she wanted me to be sure I was getting the right racquet which I really appreciated and took her up on. After demoing, I was ready to move forward with my purchase and the salesperson that helped me (I forgot to catch his name) went above and beyond to go over the different stringing options and helped me make the best choice for my specific level and needs. The turnaround time for that process was also extremely fast. I feel like a positive retail experience can be hard to come by these days, but the staff at Wilson delivers a top notch one. I will definitely be going back for my tennis needs as I really appreciate the friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful people working there.

  Would not accept return on never-used, non-custom order basketball due to "store policy." Nothing about this policy anywhere in writing, rather, receipt says that items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for full refund.

  Beautiful store with lovely products, but unfortunately the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. No interest in helping or selling—no greeting, no goodbye. It honestly felt like they didn’t want to be there.
