- PPPawelMar 16, 20261.0do not come here to restring your racquet or at all. they kept my friend’s racquet for two days and still couldn’t complete the job. when we asked about it, the customer service was rude and unhelpful, and they refused to issue a refund even though the service was not provided. but of course we argued for a refund and got it back 😊 very disappointing experience. would not recommend this location if you need your racquet restrung or expect basic customer service.
