Who knew I would love the tennis look so much! I be feeling like Carlos Alcaraz. The staff is for the most part lively and look like they are having fun. On the Weeknds I noticed the staff be wearing the “Wilson Sport Professionals Collection.” They be fancy! The manager Brian always showing off the new shoes that arrive. So comfy. (He looks familiar from F21 a few years ago). Casey gives me life by making me laugh every single time. I feel like I’ll live forever. Lissette looks moody/mean but once you get to know her she’s nothing but nice. My friend’s friend once said there are two types of people in this world, doll faces and dog faces. She happens to be a doll face. Pam keeps it 💯 which I appreciate. She’s very nice. And the rest of the staff for the most part always attentive. I’m learning names. Eric, Kenneth, Tina, and there’s even the new guy (dog face) Pier I believe his name is. Digging the style. Has become my new favorite store to shop in. Maintained pretty clean. Props to Brian for managing this store. Keep it going sis (bro). Love This place. For sure will continue to shop here and recommend to friends. As long as the customer service continues to be great. Holidays are coming up and everyone in the list might be getting something from here! Black Friday sale? Thanks Peeps!

Always come to this store, and never had a bad experience to be frankly the manager Priscila and Brian are always welcoming. Now, the new crew they hire are really rude and unprofessional. As soon as I walked in nobody greeted me except for Erick, then the entire time the two girls which I don’t know their name, kept on giving looks and being rude. It didn’t end it there, as I continued shopping I asked for a promo then Erick (the person helping me) ask one of the girls, and they responded so rude as if they were no costumer around. I proceeded with the purchase because Erick was very attentive and he really helped me finding what I was looking for, other than that I would’ve left the store. I feel like this has been my home store since I’ve been buying from Wilson and now I am second guessing to come back if these two ladies act entitled and rude while being on their phones. Yup, so sad Wilson, yall can do better with employees.
