Excellent customer service from Adi and Belle. They were super helpful and understood my clothing and sizing needs. Love the W button in the dressing room too.

The associates at the store are very chatty. The problem is that the coworkers talk with each other and not the customers. One of the ladies did not welcome me until I was ready to purchase. I like their items though, but the customer service is almost nonexistent.

Awful company with awful service. I placed an order worth $1,000, and they cancelled it after 24 hours—without even giving a reason. Okay, I looked into it myself; then, it took *them* another 24 hours to figure out why I could no longer use the 15% "first order" promo code. 24 hours? It was so stupid respond .Are you serious? An incredibly incompetent organization. Never again. In all my years of online shopping, I have never encountered such terrible treatment of a customer. I think they greedy the 15% discount, because both a friends tried to make a purchase using the promo code, and right after clicking "complete order," became white page.
