- SNShweta Negi4 days ago3.0I had a very mixed experience at this store today (August 16, 2026). I went in to purchase a pair of Prada glasses, and I was so excited because the brand is excellent. A wonderful sales associate helped me choose the frames and provided exceptional customer service—she was kind, patient, and very helpful. However , my interaction with the manager completely ruined the experience. When I initially asked if there were any discounts, he abruptly said no and walked away to help another customer. Later, while completing the purchase with the helpful associate, I politely asked if a discount might apply if I purchased two products. Before she could check, the manager stepped in aggressively and loudly interrupted, stating in a condescending tone that he had already said there was no discount I felt extremely awkward and unwelcome. While I went ahead and bought the Prada glasses because I loved them, the manager’s lack of patience, unprofessionalism, and zero customer service skills left a terrible impression. Management needs to learn from their floor staff on how to treat customers with respect..

I was unsure of what I was looking for but he patiently assisted me until we were able to find a pair of frames that made me feel confident. I’m so excited to wear them to various festivals that I plan to attend this summer!

He took the time to help me find the right pair, gave honest feedback on what looked best, and made the whole process easy and stress free. Never felt rushed or pressured just solid customer service from start to finish. If you stop by and need help picking out glasses, definitely ask for Donovan. Great experience all around.
