- CWColin WardleJul 31, 20265.0Bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses for my Son from here previously. While on holiday, he sat on them and popped the lens mechanism out. Took them back and Alex at the Silverburn store tried to fix them. He went over and above to research how to fix the mechanism and called me back into the store. Together, we managed to repair them. Alex didn't have to do any of this, it was exceptionally good customer service. Thanks again Alex 👏👏👏.

I can’t remember his name (Mexican guy maybe Alex?) however he was very knowledgeable about the products and spent all the time we needed explaining and allowing me to try on almost everything! We sadly bought them online due to a large discount however I wanted to leave a review as he was so great and patient with us even after we decided to buy online due to the discount! Thank you!
