This isn’t a dedicated Troy Lee Designs store—it’s a shop owned by a large resort corporation that chooses not to support the gear they sell. After my son crashed in his D4 helmet and needed a replacement cheek pad—a critical safety component that’s removable by design—we went here first. Surprisingly, staff said they don’t stock, sell, or even order parts. It seems like a top-down decision that prioritizes simplicity over service, resulting in high staff turnover and limited product knowledge. Fanatyk Co had the part and knew exactly what to do. Stick with locally owned shops that actually stand behind what they sell.
