- EPErika Palomares3 days ago5.0Came in last Saturday October 10th and it was pretty busy for the turkey sale shoppers and Pauli was so sweet and took her time helping me find the perfect jacket!!!
- MFMarco Antonio Fuentes6 days ago1.0Pauline was helpful but at the same time rude, rushing us and giving bad attitude.
- KFKatherine FehringOct 1, 20265.0Love, love, loved the North Face shop in Whistler!! Incredible staff, store layout and vibes were high. I meet a sweet girl named Pauli who truly made my experience in the store unforgettable. She was super personable, approachable and extremely knowledgeable about every piece I was trying on. She was extra helpful when I was deciding between colors and sizing. She even gave me great recommendations on the town for yummy eats and drinks! She made me feel like I was a friend instead of a customer from the moment I stepped in the door:) Highly recommend, a must stop when visiting Whistler:))) Very cool space and ambiance! -XX
- SLSinéad LewisSep 24, 20263.0Kids working in the store were playing games on the computer, laughing away and messing around. Specially one girl and guy that were working in the kids section seemed a bit stoned. Very unprofessional. I understand these are probably summer jobs but it really brings the stores standards down. When we returned to the store later we had a somewhat better experience if you even call it that. The goofballs were separated.
- ABAndy BrobbinSep 10, 20265.0This store has a wide range of North Face clothing. The staff are very helpful. I particularly want to mention Evie who made us smile and was a great ambassador for the company! The quality of the clothing is excellent and the friendly staff is the icing on the cake!
