  Wow!! Did I ever receive amazing customer service from both Danny and Emilia!! It is a rare thing these days to meet young people who actually are willing to go past policy standards and actually have the desire to offer exceptional customer service. My heart felt so hugged by these two and I left the store with a special deposit of love in my heart!

  very unhelpful customer service. my almost brand new ski goggles from them started to fog in between the glass panes. the recommendation from the customer service folks was to just ride the lift looking upwards the entire time to let air dry them out quicker or put it in your pocket as soon as you get off a run to keep it dry. i would think a $250 goggle would have slightly better tech than to hold my head up for an entire chairlift to try to keep them from fogging. i understand that keeping a goggle fog free is hard, but the reps here provided quite unhelpful suggestions beyond just buying another lens for an almost brand new product. go somewhere else and save your money

  Ben was amazing. For 2 years I could not swap my own lenses on my goggles. In less than 5 minutes, Ben showed me how to do it and then patiently oversaw me putting it I myself. Phenomenal service and I really appreciate the patience and help.

  Went into the store yesterday and was greeted by the lovely Megs, whose warm smile instantly made me and my wife’s day. She helped me figure out which goggles would work best with my glasses and took the time to explain goggle care so clearly and patiently. Nothing felt rushed, she was genuinely kind, attentive, and so knowledgeable. Megs is such a ray of sunshine and brings the most uplifting, positive energy. You can tell she truly cares about the people she’s helping. Thank you for such a beautiful start to our day!
