  This company left the house they were “managing” completely disgusting. The house was not clean, in fact it was so dirty, you couldn’t even move in. Requested it to be cleaned… day 17 with no one coming to clean it. Multiple damages left unrepaired. The repairs done under the time it was being managed have not been disclosed to the owner, just an invoice on which type of contractor did the work. No deposit has been provided for the damages. Just pushed off with answered that answer nothing. DO NOT PUT YOUR HOME IN THEIR HANDS! YOU ARE BETTER OFF RENTING IT OUT YOURSELF. ZERO STARS DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  Highly recommend this property management company. The properties are clean, priced excellently, and self touring. Makenzie made my process from touring to moving very clear, fast on time lines, and responded quick to questions. She even checked in a week after move in to ask how I was settling in! Everyone is have interacted with has been amazing. Definitely recommend if you are looking for good communication and a streamlined experience with great customer service. Thanks, Makenzie!

  I had an amazing experience working with SJC Management Group, especially with Makenzie! From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and handled professionally. Makenzie communicated clearly, responded very promptly, and kept me updated every step of the way from start to finish. What I appreciated most was how attentive and supportive she was throughout the entire process. Even after I moved in, she checked in to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable in my new home. That level of care truly made a difference. Makenzie made the whole experience easy, seamless, and enjoyable. I am extremely happy with my home and grateful for all of her help. I highly recommend SJC Management Group and Makenzie to anyone looking for a positive and professional home leasing experience!

  We recently moved into a unit that is managed by this company, Makenzie helped make the move in process seamless with her quick communication and answers to all of my questions! We did have to deep clean the unit prior to move in, I’m not sure if that is common practice for them amongst all units. We’ve had a couple of things that have needed non-emergency maintenance and so far they have been over to fix the issue within a day or two of putting in the requests. We’re happy to have found this unit and SJC Management!

  I may just be confused, but it all seems a bit odd. We toured a house last Saturday, loved it, would work perfectly for our family. Had to wait until Monday as they say to call before applying and they are closed on the weekend. Wife called Monday, they say they had accepted an application that same Saturday, even though they let us tour it the same day it was apparently off the market. Fast forward to today, just 4 days later. I see the house is still up on their website as well as various rental apps. Figured I'd give them a call just to see if by chance it was still on the market. The gentleman that answered told me that the house had just accepted an applicant that morning... 4 days after they said the same thing. So, is this house available and we are just being discriminated against for some reason, do they enjoy getting people's hopes up, or is it just a scam like so many other rentals or there? Suppose we will never know.
