They walk you through the owner/rental process from easy to follow videos to in-person prompt responses, dialog, posting my home on social platforms, to vetting/selecting a tenant, all worry free for myself as the homeowner. Shoutout for personalized calls from the pleasant COO to my awesome property management team, Kelli and Elizabeth. You guys made it happen.   Makenzie and her team are so awesome. The application process and move in process were quick and easy! There are all very kind and easy going. I love the way they handle tenant management and key management. Overall they are great and I’m grateful I found this unit! It’s perfect for my daughter and I!

  Highly recommend this property management company. The properties are clean, priced excellently, and self touring. Makenzie made my process from touring to moving very clear, fast on time lines, and responded quick to questions. She even checked in a week after move in to ask how I was settling in! Everyone is have interacted with has been amazing. Definitely recommend if you are looking for good communication and a streamlined experience with great customer service. Thanks, Makenzie!

  I had an amazing experience working with SJC Management Group, especially with Makenzie! From the very beginning, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and handled professionally. Makenzie communicated clearly, responded very promptly, and kept me updated every step of the way from start to finish. What I appreciated most was how attentive and supportive she was throughout the entire process. Even after I moved in, she checked in to make sure everything was going well and that I was comfortable in my new home. That level of care truly made a difference. Makenzie made the whole experience easy, seamless, and enjoyable. I am extremely happy with my home and grateful for all of her help.
