  SJC Management group has managed our medium sized multifamily for the last 7 years and have been truly extraordinary. We own properties throughout the country and none of our other managers perform with such great communications, professionalism, positivity and teamwork. Truly would recommend them without any reservations for your single family to larger multifamily properties, this is truly a first class business based on old fashioned selfless customer service. Even our tenants had positive comments about the management team - which is so very rare! Thank you, Jason and Patrick and the entire SJC team - you all truly make real estate investing a pleasure when your team is in our corner!

  You will have to call a million times just to get someone on the phone. Emails go unanswered, and the payment system is horrible. I was also charged for things that weren’t even applicable to my home—for example, being charged for a filter when the home doesn’t even have HVAC. Then there are fees, fees, and more fees. Dan Hunt was rude and unhelpful. His tone when talking to you is unconcerning and of someone who looks down on you. I was also overcharged on my rent. The charge was eventually corrected, but the way the billing is calculated is concerning and, in my opinion, deserves to be investigated. Bottom line: Communication is horrible, billing is confusing and questionable, and you should be prepared for FEES AND MORE FEES if you choose to do business with them. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing every charge on your account.

She made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, and her communication was outstanding. Moving across the country can be overwhelming, but she made me feel supported every step of the way.   I've rented from a few different property management companies over the years both local and national... And SJC is one of the best! They are professional and responsive. Their automated systems and tech work well and at the same time, when you need a real human to help, they are available and accommodating. Makenzie and Patrick specifically have been very helpful to me and it's been a great experience overall.
