  I have to give the maintenance man ,Erick his credit. I’ve lived at The Compass at City Center for a little over two years, and he is hands down the best maintenance person we’ve had since I’ve been here. He’s only been here a short time, but in a little time has been here , he has fixed issues in my apartment that I had been dealing with for almost two years from a previous company. When Erick says he’s going to come back or take care of something, he actually does it. That means a lot. I’m always seeing him around the property working, cleaning up, talking to residents, and just being present. He’s also helped bridge a gap between residents and the maintenance team that I feel has been missing for a long time.He truly cares about his job and us tenants and our homes here. He’s dependable, personable, and goes above and beyond when he doesn’t have to. I really hope they keep Erick at this property because his presence has genuinely made a difference. 👏🏾

  I’m not impressed. Since management has changed it hasn’t been good. Rent went up and things just got worse. Our A/C broke, I put on an emergency maintenance request, and got transferred to a third party. Then maintenance didn’t come til the next day. It was like 90° out. Water leaked all over my floor. And dont forget the guys who just showed up and went into our apartment. No notice or anything. When I asked the office staff they said it “must’ve just been a mistake” but they did the same thing to my neighbor and he didn’t have notice either. The playground has a massive hole in the top of the jungle gym so that’s pretty unsafe. And the dog park has a big crack in the wood and their solution to fixing it was putting caution tape around it (the cement block was put in there to keep people from stepping over there, that’s not how it broke). It’s just a joke of a place now

  I have honestly never experienced such poor property management and maintenance in my entire life. We are not living here for free. We pay a very expensive rent every single month, on time, and we absolutely do not expect to receive such poor service in return. The management and maintenance service here are absolutely terrible. I have reported multiple maintenance issues, and the response has been completely unacceptable. Such as : 1. The shower switch broke. We reported it and waited for more than a month, but no one ever came to fix it. Eventually, my husband had to figure out a way to repair it himself. 2. The dishwasher stopped working. We waited for a month and eventually had to find a way to fix it ourselves. Only after that did a maintenance worker finally come and ask what the problem was. 3. Most recently, the dryer broke. We reported it on the very first day, and although the staff acknowledged the maintenance request, no one has come to inspect or repair it. It has now been three weeks, and there is still no sign that anyone is coming to fix it. I don’t have a problem with the appliances being old or having been in use for many years. If you choose not to replace old appliances, then at the very least, they should be properly maintained and repaired when necessary. Most importantly, residents’ maintenance requests should not be ignored. This level of property management and maintenance is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before renting here!!!

  Not worth it for the price. Managers make sure to remind you of rent coming due, but won’t do their due diligence to make sure maintenance requests are done in a timely manner. Can’t recommend to anyone as of now.

  Compass was a great place to live until new management came and ruined the good experience you will be waiting weeks for a maintenance request and is asked to give them grace but when but when you ask for grace you are told it’s a personal problem and the front office is no help what so ever all they know how to do is add unnecessary fees and make things inconvenient for you and not answer the phone even though they are in there rent is extremely high to deal with the headache don’t trap your self I’m so happy this is my last month here don’t recommend to anybody
