  Normally i’m not one to post negatively but living here is one of the worst ideas to have, i have had nothing but issues living here and new management does not care what problems you have, they just want their rent money, if you are looking for a place to live that will value you look elsewhere, the people in the office ignore you to no end and are very unprofessional. They’re super lazy and nothing is cleaned up in the complex.

  Tried increasing my monthly rent for the Orion Floor plan from $1643 to $1851 and didn't budge so I decided to move out. Just saw my EXACT UNIT listed for $1611 the day after I declined to renew.

  I've only lived here for two months, but it's been awful. The valet trash service doesn't actually get picked up. Management is awful about responding to emails and phone calls. I've waited over 3 weeks no one has even come to look at my broken appliance. For how much money is costs to be here you think they could hire more people to fix things in the apartment. I seriously do not recommend living here and can not wait for when my lease is up.

  I have to give the maintenance man ,Erick his credit. I’ve lived at The Compass at City Center for a little over two years, and he is hands down the best maintenance person we’ve had since I’ve been here. He’s only been here a short time, but in a little time has been here , he has fixed issues in my apartment that I had been dealing with for almost two years from a previous company. When Erick says he’s going to come back or take care of something, he actually does it. That means a lot. I’m always seeing him around the property working, cleaning up, talking to residents, and just being present. He’s also helped bridge a gap between residents and the maintenance team that I feel has been missing for a long time.He truly cares about his job and us tenants and our homes here. He’s dependable, personable, and goes above and beyond when he doesn’t have to. I really hope they keep Erick at this property because his presence has genuinely made a difference. 👏🏾
