I want to give a huge thank you to Mr. Brown and Steve for the outstanding service they provided. They came out and resolved a maintenance issue that had been ongoing, and they made it a priority to get everything fixed the very same day.
Not only were they knowledgeable and efficient, but they were also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. They kept a positive attitude, and the laughs we shared while they were working made the experience so much better.
I truly appreciate the time, effort, and care they put into resolving my issue. Thank you both for your excellent customer service and dedication. You are greatly appreciated!

The staff are completely unprofessional and incompetent! They've been allowing squirrels and raccoon to live in the attic for 6+ months! Nothing has been done and they refuse to put anything in writing or respond to emails.

It’s at this point where I feel like I have to post a review to get many things resolved…I’ve lived here for just about 2 years and I’ve never seen such a decline… Previous management 5 stars, Kettler barely 1.
Since Kettler Management took over it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Maintenance main excuse is they’re doing “damage control” and fixing things that the old company never fixed, yet it took for my washer to catch on fire for them to finally replace it after approximately 7 work orders placed.
Don’t even bother calling them, because nobody answers the phone. The only way you will speak with a person is if you show up there & hope it’s someone that’s not brand new. I’ve had to go up there several times and it’s a new person in there every single time that cannot help or assist with anything. Property manager? I guess never able to be found or always on a break or lunch. Not to mention before I renewed my lease, I was given 15 business days to renew. I asked EVERY single month from November to February, and was told when it’s time to renew I would be given plenty of notice. 15 business day days isn’t much notice, almost felt like i was FORCED to renew, when I already knew something wasn’t right..
I honestly don’t know what to do at this point, there’s no help, there’s basically no management, nobody knows what they’re doing... but yet you expect people to pay various amounts of rent with no maintenance work orders completed, no compliance, no structure, no balance and no management.
I would stay away from here, unless it’s your last resort.

Ever since kettler took over my experience has went significantly downhill. I was out of a washer for a month, management never answers any calls, texts or emails. When I went up there in person they saw us walking up to the building and locked the doors in front of us even tho we had an appointment. I have left a bunch of voicemails and been told when I go in person I will have someone reach out to me and it has been 2 months. They are rude, inefficient, and I will not continue to stay here any longer. I’ve lived here for over 3 years and loved it until around November when Kettler took over. I will be leaving the second my lease ends. If not sooner..

It pains me having to provide such a blunt and honest review. I used to be a proud resident. Lived here for 5 years. Felt safe, sense of community,and pride being a resident here. Loved it until the day kettler management took over.
If I could give less than zero stars, I would.
Based on my personal experience, this has been one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. In my opinion, the current management group has been extremely disappointing. I have encountered billing issues involving charges and fees that I did not understand, and I was later told that some of those issues were the result of system errors.
In my experience, the office staff seemed to have little understanding of their own policies, which made resolving concerns frustrating. I also felt that resident concerns, safety, and overall welfare were not treated with the level of care I expected.
In my opinion, many of the policies and practices in place appear to disproportionately impact military members and college students. Because of our experience, we are exploring our options and seeking guidance from legal counsel and military resources regarding some of these concerns.

IF YOU ARE A PARENT LOOKING FOR HOUSING FOR YOUR COLLEGE STUDENT, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO CAREFULLY REVIEW RECENT EXPERIENCES AND DECIDE WHETHER THIS COMMUNITY IS THE RIGHT FIT FOR YOUR FAMILY.
Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this property under the current management.
