  We're leaving this review because we think prospective residents should be aware of an issue We're currently experiencing while living here. Although we live in a non-smoking apartment, cigarette and marijuana smoke repeatedly enters our apartment through the shared exhaust/ventilation system. Residents smoking inside their bathrooms or apartments can result in smoke coming directly into other units. This makes it difficult to breathe and is especially concerning for anyone who may be sensitive to smoke. One important thing we wish we had known before moving in is that the exhaust fans/ventilation lines are shared between units. Residents should be made aware of this because smoke from another apartment can travel through the ventilation system. We have contacted the management office in person and by email multiple times about this issue, but unfortunately the problem is still continuing. We're sharing this review so prospective residents can ask questions about the building’s ventilation system, smoking policy, and how smoking complaints are handled before deciding to move in.

  I have been living here at the Jordan for close to 9 years and I have really enjoyed the new community staff. I have seen positive change and I look forward to seeing the community grow.

  Living there was fine, But it's been seventy five days and still no rent deposit. arlington county law says forty five days. Budget accordingly.

  The apartment is in the heart of the city of Arlington, which makes it accessible to lots of stores, restaurants and even the mall. The building Appartment building itself doesn’t have any accessible utilities doe it’s renters. Like the library, business center, a grill area etc all of that has either being closed or taken down. We the renters only have access to play ground which sucks. I will give them credit that they have a good maintenance response team.
