  I have been living here at the Jordan for close to 9 years and I have really enjoyed the new community staff. I have seen positive change and I look forward to seeing the community grow.

  Living there was fine, But it's been seventy five days and still no rent deposit. arlington county law says forty five days. Budget accordingly.

  There is a lot of things that are not working in the Jordan apartment specially laundry machines are out of order most of the time.

  This is the worst apartment that I ever rented. The management is terrible. There has been four different rental manager since moving to this apartment building. And each one of them, don't seem to have much knowledge and understanding of how to manage the building. It''s always very hard to get in touch with anyone in the leasing office, whenever you have a problem. You talk to the answering services 95% of the time, then someone in the office. And no one never return your calls. I moved in since 2011 and there is always some problems with the elevator, the garage door and the biggest ongoing problem, is the hot water. The only good thing is the area, with the convenience to the Metro, Ballston mall and the other businesses. The apartment itself, is very small inside. It's not for family more for roommate. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. Right now, I am in the process of looking for somewhere else to live.
