  For several weeks, I’ve been trying to stop by the office after 3:30 p.m. to speak with the manager about getting my security deposit back, but she’s never there. It honestly seems like she only works about five hours a day. I’m very frustrated.About a month ago, I finally managed to catch her, but she was very rude because she was getting ready to leave, even though it wasn’t even 3:00 p.m. yet—and she didn’t want to talk.Because of this, I have to either show up late to work or miss work altogether just to go to the office in the morning and try to speak with her.The office is a joke. The employee who speaks Spanish doesn’t actually understand Spanish very well, so she never understood what I was trying to explain.They were charging me for my pet, even though I personally know other residents who have pets and aren’t charged, and their animals are not service animals.All they care about is renting out apartments. After that, they don’t pay attention to tenants, and they have no patience with people who don’t speak English

  They don’t do good Mainance on their apartments, they look ugly old and man they don’t invest in good quualuyy furnance everithingninside the apartment blinds toilets sink in kitchen are teeing apart so sad, Bathrooms at the pool are way dirty sick really dirty and they don’t have tables o chairs to sit and take care of your kids I will not recommend nobody to live here

  Excellent service. I have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. The property manager, Hillary Murchison, is an exceptional person who is always willing to help and address any concerns with care and respect. I highly recommend this community 100%.

  Llevo 2 años viviendo en Sunset Ridge es una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido, todo muy amable , el equipo de mantenimiento responde al 100% . Las pocas veces que he ido a la recepción Hilary es muy amable
