  Excellent service. I have always been treated with kindness and professionalism. The property manager, Hillary Murchison, is an exceptional person who is always willing to help and address any concerns with care and respect. I highly recommend this community 100%.

  Llevo 2 años viviendo en Sunset Ridge es una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido, todo muy amable , el equipo de mantenimiento responde al 100% . Las pocas veces que he ido a la recepción Hilary es muy amable

  This place is nasty , every dumpster is over flow with trash on the ground, all the windows screens and blinds are torn or ripped. Light fixtures falling out, AC units are 20+ years old and under sized.

  My dad (resident) got His car stolen in this apartment complex two days ago and the apartment management couldn’t cooperate because “they don’t have surveillance cameras”. They have one in their leasing office pointing at one of the entrances for the apartment complex… apparently never recording, of course thefts will keep coming and stealing cars from residents. Don’t be fooled by latest good reviews, they are mostly bots created/hired by the management group. RUN AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS.
