  I’ve had a great experience living here. The apartments are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The community is quiet and the location is very convenient. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend these apartments to others.

  Vinings Review DO NOT MOVE HERE. PLEASE READ. I moved here 2 years ago, when this place was still worth something. If you’re considering moving here, please read this review. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My first year here, the property ran well. Staff was great, the people were great, the amenities were great, everything was great. Then I’m not sure what happened, but this place collapsed. The amenities of this place simply do not make it worth the price. The security gate at the front was not working for about 4 months, and it still somehow isn’t working. It is a hit or miss whether your tag will open the gate, other wise good luck getting in. Because they are always open, and the property has not put extra security, access to the property becomes completely open and anybody can simply just walk into the complex. Horrible safety issue, especially if you are a WOMAN or have KIDS. 0 stars. The valet trash is a scam. The folks that pick up the trash only pick it up when they feel like it. I have had three personal incidents this year alone where I’ve had to call the company to directly ask them to pick up the trash, which obviously they don’t do anything about. You’re PAYING FOR VALET, just for your trash and hallway to look like a warzone out of a video game. At the end, I end up just taking it to the dumpster myself. Again, why pay for an incompetent service? Waste of money. 0 stars. Xfinity internet is ALWAYS DOWN. Do not get scammed when they say your internet is included. It is; the problem is it is ALWAYS down. The Xfinity people as well as the front office are usually useless when it comes to fixing problems. If you’re a professional that works from home, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Your internet will suffer and you will never have good customer service to fix the issue. Terrible internet and terrible connectivity. Don’t believe them when they say it’s high quality because you will pay the consequences. Go to a place where there is fiber internet directly to your place. 0 stars. The only good thing that is keeping this place alive is the maintenance guy who I luckily became friends with and he helps me out when I need to. The maintenance people are great and they deserve their praise. They are workhorses and I respect that. 5 stars. Overall, this place has absolutely gone downhill and it’s a shame. Do not move here. Save your money and move elsewhere.

  Literally the most TRASH apartments. We waited two months just to have a shelf in our refrigerator put in that was missing upon the time we moved in. Also, they constantly move the paid parking spots around making it VERY confusing for residents, as well as there only being a simple post in the ground that’s always hidden by shrubs when the spaces should be painted as well. The burners on the electric stove stop working, they come and fix it just for it to stop working again a little while later, and repeat. We’ve found roaches in our apartment more than once. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND.
