  We have been living here since 2022. Hands down the best apartments. To the people in the leasing office to the maintenance team. Whenever there is an issue they are on top of it. Couldn't have chosen a better place to live.

  This is my first apartment, and I LOVE IT! I researched extensively prior to relocating across the state! I made appointments with 14 apartment complexes (and cancelled others after my 9th). Silverbrooke was my second appointment, and EVERYTHING about it felt PERFECT! Lola was so kind, patient, and helpful - I kept calling with questions and returned to the leasing office 3 or 4 times! To be honest, each visit after Silverbrooke just solidified my gut feeling - I knew where my next home would be after my 3rd complex visit. Silverbrooke checked ALL my boxes! Location and access to highways, restaurants, and shopping centers; luxurious look & feel; in-unit washer/dryer; pet-friendly; clean & spacious; reserved parking; close commute to work; and EXCEPTIONAL customer service by leasing and maintenance staff. Needless to say, my doggies are very happy, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE SILVERBROOKE!

  My entire stay was nothing short of amazing!! The entire staff team was very helpful. The property is well kept and well managed. Peaceful area!! I recommend!! Love the community! All star team for sure ask for Ruby , Lola and Jessica!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Been here for the past 4 months and things are good. Apartment was clean when I moved in and everything worked as expected. There were some issues/complaints, but I can't justify removing a star because Management handled it well. - Had a leak with the washer on the first use, but maintenance came within 48 hours and fixed it. - There's also issues with dirt being on the pathways, but that's because of the heavy rains moving the dirt around. Groundskeepers will periodically clean the walkways so it isn't too bad. - More of a good thing than bad, but there is constant improvements being done to the complex so sometimes there will be inconveniences (redoing broken curbs and paths, updating roofs, etc...). Overall a great place to live and it seems like Management actually cares about upkeep. People are quiet for the most part and there are a lot of good quality of life features(controlling the thermostat from my phone is so amazing when I travel for a few days and forget to change it).
