  I had a great experience at the on my tour looking for a new apartment here there apartments are very clean, good environment and good amenities. Also was great with open are from the leasing lady Ms. Priscila Rios.

  We had a rocky move-in due to several unexpected changes that were completely outside of Isaiah Padron's control. Even with those challenges, he went above and beyond to ensure our move-in was as smooth as possible and worked hard to prevent any additional delays. What stood out most was that Isaiah took ownership of a situation that wasn't even his fault. Instead of making excuses, he did everything he could to make things right, and that level of professionalism and customer service meant a lot to us. Isaiah is professional, kind, approachable, and genuinely pleasant to speak with. Anytime we had questions or concerns, he made us feel heard and took the time to address everything thoroughly. It's clear that he truly cares about his residents and wants them to have a positive experience. Despite the initial hiccups, we are so happy we chose to move here, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Isaiah played a huge role in turning a stressful situation into a positive experience, and we're grateful for everything he did. He is an outstanding property manager, and I highly recommend working with him.

  I visited the complex recently for a tour. The leasing agent, Priscilla, was amazing! She showed me some available floor plans and answered all of my question in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. She is amazing at what she does and an asset to your property!

  I tagged along to tour with my sister, and may I say beautiful property! The young lady named Pricilla most definitely WOWED me. She took the time to go through the fees very detailed and the difference between the two bedrooms. She had patience and provided excellent customer service, I will be coming back when im ready to move.

  I’ll be relocating to the Houston area in a couple months and decided to check this property out. I first called and spoke with a young lady named Presilla who also conducted my tour. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and units. I must say I was impressed. She made a point to explain the details and finishing touches of the upgraded and standard units she showed me. She made sure I was well informed and could make the best decision in what would work for me and my budget. I live the fact that each unit has a FULL SIZED W/D and I strongly believe the community bundle is worth it! This makes me even more excited for my move. Thanks Presilla!
