The community is in a great location, my apartment is comfortable, and the staff has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. I’m glad I chose to make this my home and would definitely recommend Preserve at Colony Lakes to anyone looking for a new place to live.
- CECarrie EAug 13, 20265.0I really do enjoy living in this complex! The complex is really quiet and take care of maintenance issues and concerns about the property quickly. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Krystal who has worked with me since moving in years ago. They are always happy to greet you when they see you around the complex. Maintenance is done super quick and matters are usually taken care of in 24 hours. The events and food trucks are also a great bonus. Again really enjoy this complex and look forward to continuing to live here.
- EEEGJun 5, 20265.0Ended my lease here in Dec 2025. Was here for about 3 years and me and my wife enjoyed it here. Only complaints was it took them a while to replace a faulty dishwasher but they did towards the end of our lease. We ended up moving due to wanting a better Elementary School but that's not fault of the people here. The community here is nice and the staff tries their best to attend to your issues. Had no issues with pests (though I did live on the third floor). Everything was relatively clean and safe. I live in a new apartment now with less than attentive staff and less friendly community so now I see the difference. If it wasn't for the schools we'd have moved back. Miss it here.

After numerous phone call attempts, voice messages and emails over several weeks, "Ms Emily" called. However, all of her answers were pre-script that you cannot get any human answer directly. I will never rent/ lease here ever. It's not worth it. All of the other staff great efforts were compromised and ruined by this lady. She was a real person but the responses were much less. It's not fair at all that I paid for the whole rent while the deposit refund was split into 5 different people.
