  10/10!!! My experience at Yardhomes has been great. Everyone is super friendly and the maintenance team is equally amazing. Allison in the office is AWESOME and very helpful. What a great community added to our Spring area.

  Pretty disappointed with my experience. While the homes are ok (very small for the pricing), I do love the yards. I did feel a bit rushed since you have to apply within 48 hours to get some of the concessions, and as someone with kids, some things take a little longer to make the best decision and move. There wasn't any consideration for this, and while I understand the "home laws", I do think some things should be reviewed in a case by case basis. Also, they don't accept expired/ paper IDs no matter how far out it is (just a week), no Jetty if you're looking for that, or Flex.

  My Sister and I went in to tour some of the units and Austin was very friendly and helpful. He took us around to see a couple of the units and I love them all! Austin answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this community. It’s beautiful!
