  You now can't receive USPS packages at your door for this complex 🫠 if it does not fit in the mailbox then they will take the package back to the post office. I had issues with my recent package that I scheduled with redelivery. Called to see why it was not delivered to the doorstep. The Klein post office called me back saying that no packages from the USPS will be delivered to doorsteps at this complex and had issues with packages delivered at the apartment office. Now I have to pick up all USPS packages at the post office until the apartment office comes up with a better solution. Hopefully this gets resolved before the holiday season. I will post an update if this does change. Ahora no se pueden recibir paquetes de USPS en la puerta de este complejo 🫠. Si el paquete no cabe en el buzón, lo devolverán a la oficina de correos. Tuve problemas con un paquete que había programado para entrega. Llamé para preguntar por qué no lo habían entregado en la puerta. La oficina de correos de Klein me devolvió la llamada diciendo que no se entregan paquetes de USPS en las puertas de este complejo y que habían tenido problemas con los paquetes entregados en la oficina del edificio. Ahora tengo que recoger todos los paquetes de USPS en la oficina de correos hasta que la administración del edificio encuentre una mejor solución. Espero que esto se resuelva antes de las fiestas. Publicaré una actualización si hay algún cambio.

  Imma say negative zero stars is you Kool Roxanne are nah how you advertise for your apartment on tik Tok I apply I'm SAYING yes maam no ma'am being respectful and you playing in my face I call the 1st day you say oh it was a error you run it say approved I give all documents then I call day 2 and say hey what's going on. It's kids in back round screaming and u said my manager will call you I never got a call but y'all sent me a lease to sign how lol 🤣 I mean how we haven't discussed anything and you didn't say I was approved all the way but sending a lease heck no lady lol and God watches all I will say this anything from the devil is delay hesitation and frustration your rejection is God's protection amen 🙏🙌 y'all can play with someone else and this is just one phone call I had insane yeA y'all read the reviews sometimes these people be right thumbs down and I'm a property Manager myself leasing is not ran that way yal have a good one

  I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The management team is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted were handled quickly and efficiently, which makes a huge difference.

  Would NOT recommend! Moved in with roaches everywhere had to bomb myself! I have no light fixture in my second bed. There’s a deposit fee no one told me about. I have no washer and dryer because there was no communication about some have them and some don’t. AND my car just got towed for the second time in one week because apparently you can’t just register with the apt. but you need a permit with the towing company WHICH NO ONE TOLD ME ABT EITHER. 0/10 recommend
