Horrible move in experience with the office staff, people break in to your car, steal car wheels, and management hasn’t done anything:
They don’t keep their promises when it comes to the deals they offer when they get you to sign the lease.
I spoke with their corporate (I believe a black dude) when I explained the issue, he stopped speaking and responding. Very immature and rude.
When I lived there, my neighbors would dump their plastic trashes out (not even inside the can) and never got fined. They were doing it for months, yet I had my trash can out (I was not even home that day) and without any warnings, they fined me..
When moved out, they charged me for the paint that was erased from the tub (not the original paint) so obviously it will easily come off, they charged me for the toilet being moldy even though it’s so humid it gets moldy every 1-2 days, I know I left it clean before leaving. They also pointed at the stain on the wall (it looked slightly darker because of the humidity behind the cabinet). And even if the paint was horrible, in Texas you it is the landlord responsibility. When reached back they didn’t resolve the issue and said they thought it was fair for charging me it. I will not remove this 1 star review unless you give the deposit you’ve unfairly charged me.
So overall, horrible experience moving in and stay and moving out and the unfair charges. Felt discriminated against. Will never go back to this property nor recommend anyone..
The only thing good about this place was their maintenance folks are amazing.

There are people who simply do their job, and then there are people like Ms Allison who genuinely make a difference in someone’s life. She helped me through a process that meant much more to me than just leasing an apartment. Coming back here wasn’t just about finding a place to live it was about coming back home and starting a new chapter. Throughout the entire process, Ms Allison treated me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. She believed in helping me when it would have been easy to just see me as another application. I’ll never forget the role she played in helping me get back on my feet. Thank you, Ms Allison, for your patience, your compassion, and for making this experience one I’ll always be grateful for.

I would like to express my concern about the lack of security at the condominium where I live, THE ABBEY AT NORTHPOINT. Since last year, and especially in recent days, the tires have been stolen from several cars, which has caused great concern among the residents.
In addition, the security cameras are not working properly, and we do not have the presence of a police officer or security guard to help prevent these incidents.
I kindly request that measures be taken to improve the security of the condominium and protect all residents and their property.
The office does not want to take responsibility for these thefts that are happening here at THE ABBEY AT NORTHPOINT.
Thank you for your attention and support.
The property itself is nice, but the parking situation is terrible. One of my biggest frustrations is motorcycles taking up entire parking spaces when they could easily fit in half of one. There are only a handful of motorcycles on the property, so it would make sense to designate a small parking area specifically for them.
Another issue is the pool. Residents are often extremely loud, even after the posted pool closing time. It makes it difficult to enjoy a quiet evening at home. I really hope management addresses both the parking concerns and enforces the pool hours more consistently.

I’ve been living at The Abbey for the past two years, and I can honestly say I absolutely love it here. What’s surprising is that the community looks even better in person than it does online—and the online photos already look amazing. The property is well-maintained, beautiful, and truly feels like home.
The staff has also been incredible. In the entire time I’ve lived here, I’ve never had a complaint. A special shoutout to Nate and Alison for always going above and beyond. Nate, in particular, has an energy that’s both welcoming and professional. Talking with him feels like speaking with a close friend while still receiving excellent customer service. He’s always smiling, always has a positive attitude, and is consistently willing to help answer any questions without ever making you feel like a burden.
It’s rare to find a place with both a great community and an outstanding staff, but The Abbey has both. I 100% recommend living here.
