I recently toured The Abbey at Northpoint and had a really great experience overall. The property is very clean, well-maintained, and gives a true resort-style feel—especially the pool and shared spaces, which really stood out. The unit I toured was a 1-bedroom priced around $1,434, and I absolutely loved it. It was very spacious with a great layout, high ceilings, and modern finishes that made it feel both comfortable and upscale. Nate was a great leasing agent—very professional, friendly, and informative. He took his time answering all my questions and made the entire tour feel smooth and welcoming. The location is also a big plus—nice and quiet but still close to everything you need. Overall, this community made a great first impression and is definitely at the top of my list when I’m ready to move.

This is the best apartment I've been to! It's always clean and smells GOOD inside. Kathryn, the property manager, and Trisha were such a great help when I moved in! Highly recommend the Abbey if you want luxury living for affordable rates

Property is well maintained. Maintenance is very quick to fix issues and staff members especially Nate do a great job of following up and communicating with tenants. Management team also goes above and beyond to help with any issues.

I stayed there since 2023 and since the 1st day I had issue with the office. Cons: 1)They promised to give me half rent off if I came before certain date and I discussed it over the phone and everything was fine I put in the application in and was approved until I went there to make the payment and they refused to give me the that welcome bonus and when spoke with the manager she refuse to help and said we said you could not you will… anyways I spoke with the headquarter and the dude I spoke with was rude to the point when I explained him the situation he had nothing to offer aside from oh I wasn’t there so I’m not sure what they told you and at some point he even stop talking like an immature individual who doesn’t know how to communicate. 2) they made me pay for trash violation even though I only accidentally put the trash out at the wrong time especially because my neighbors have done that for months and they haven’t gotten a single warnings or penalty so I assumed the aren’t super strict about their rules. But apparently their rules only apply for certain people. 3) Every couple of weeks you’ll see a bunch of cars wheels stolen and left on bricks or glasses broken and etc I’ve reported it an no actions were taken aside from cameras and let’s be honest the cameras doesn’t do any good since they all have masks on and most likely wear gloves therefore can’t track them by finger print 4) when I left they charged me fees for parts sucha as colors of their old repainted bath 🛀 (not even the original color) Or the dark shade on the wall and the molds in the toilet (which they both appeared due to the high humidity and my apartment being right by the pool) regardless things like the color or the mold do not consider as damages in state of Texas. But obviously they don’t care about certain people in their apartment. Even though they charged me for all of those they point at the carpet.. I know so many people at that apartment and none of them were charged for carpet that looked worse than mine so yes they do discriminate and will scam you if they don’t like you. Pro: the maintenance team is professional and quick with their service.
