  This place I swear. 2 years renting threw them. Everything. Every bill. All monthly rents paid in my name by me. NOTHING was in my ex's name... but they sent her MY security deposit. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  If you are looking around for a property management company, then look no further. I contacted quite a few of them with Houston offices, and almost all of them failed to simply answer my queries. One of them even took two whole years to reply (I've moved on folks!). RLM got back to me quickly, and explained everything. Over the years, they have proven to be excellent managers of my property. They have gotten me out of some tight spots (thanks Hayley & Rhonda!), and stay in touch, but only when necessary.

  Me and my bf had previously done research before coming and looking at the unit. We spoke with Chris Armendariz, she was so informative and made us feel at ease about everything!! She answered all of my questions and made the process enjoyable and easy

  I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through this company. Our experience has been extremely disappointing due to what we believe to be unethical behavior, lack of accountability, poor communication, and repeated dishonesty. Throughout our experience, concerns were consistently dismissed, and issues were often blamed on us rather than addressed appropriately. We were repeatedly told that items were functioning properly, despite ongoing problems from the start of our move-in. Communication from staff members, including Haley, Rhonda, and Vicki, was frequently rude and unprofessional, and attempts to escalate concerns to Matt Griffin went unanswered. Instead of working collaboratively toward solutions, interactions often felt dismissive and gaslighting in nature. Renters deserve transparency, professionalism, and accountability, and unfortunately that was not our experience with this company.

  Do not lease from this management company! Don’t waste your application fee. These realtor aren’t professional! They will ask you to submit all sorts of tax document, check stubs, statements twice before they run credit and background. Also if you suffered hardship during pandemic don’t apply you will get declined. If you apply get ready to send a different document every day.
