  Rene Marcia came to my residence and got straight to working on my unit and in no time had my AC Unit running properly . He was fast , efficient and friendly . Great Job Rene !!!

  I have been hesitant to put a review while still in my lease due to possible retraction from this rental company. However I would not rent from progress. I have had service issues that they will charge 105 dollars for if they deem it residential responsibilities.. you roll the dice, and then they don’t fix it and charge a $105 fee. In May I paid 2610 and still have another balance of 539 from their fees… I have out a NTV and I can’t wait to get away from the fear of more fees and having to message with their team members. I can go on and on about the horror stories from this company for anything related to the house. The charge HOA violation fees when the HOA itself has no knowledge of fees being asset to the property address. All in all stay away. After reading other reviews, I see I am not the only resident that experienced this type of service.

  Rene helped us so much he fixed the ac right away! Was helpful and fast when our ac broke in the summer

  They don’t care about the safety of their tenants. Do not move in those houses on South/North Cancun the foundations in the home are being destroyed daily by the illegal pipe company dropping steel ocean pipes on concrete 6 days a week. You will not have any peace the tractors a semi come daily. Look at the floors they are different cause the foundation messed up they will only do patch work. The upstairs is like walking through dips and valleys an climb a few mountains. When those houses collapse save this for ur lawsuit

  Ms. Dee B. has been great throughout my experience with Progress Residential. Any questions I’ve had were answered quickly, and maintenance responded right away when needed. So far, everything has been smooth, and I really appreciate the prompt and professional service.
