    I had a great experience with Mr. Carlos, the maintenance technician. My AC went out, and he quickly diagnosed the issue and found that the problem was with the thermostat. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure the issue was addressed. I appreciate his prompt service and excellent work.

    Progress Residential has the best customer service and maintenance team. I just moved in and customer service has been amazing. There are guide in the app and everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance team has been fantastic! Mr. Eulicesy is a man of many talents. He completed multiple work orders today; mended the fence, fixed cracked water faucets, secured the doorbell, replaced shower faucet handle and even handled the wasps nest around the house. Progress Residential make sure you have the support you need the home. Best choice I made moving in a Progress Residential home!

    One thing I have always loved about Progress Residential is their speediness to act on maintenance issues. Eulices provided exceptional service while repairing my air conditioning system. He was extremely thorough from start to finish. He cleaned the coils, unclogged the drains, and even went up into the attic and inspected the entire system both inside and outside the house to make sure he identified the root of the problem. What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I understood what he was doing and why. He didn't rush the job—he stayed until my entire house had cooled down and confirmed that the system was working properly before leaving. It's rare to find someone who is this knowledgeable, professional, and committed to providing quality service. I highly recommend Eulices to anyone looking for an honest and dependable HVAC technician. Thank you for going above and beyond!

    Carlos Molina was an outstanding technician who provided excellent service when he came to fix my light fixture in the bathroom. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took his time to explain the issue and the way he was going to repair it. His attention to detail and efficient workmanship were impressive and the now the light works perfectly. I truly appreciate his expertise and dedication to customer service. If I need work in the future, I hope Carlos M is sent out to do the job.

    I was supposed to move into my home on 6/23 . Upon doing the official walkthrough with the rent check app I noticed that there were dead bugs throughout the inside of the property, cobwebs, the baseboard were filthy and there was dirt and debris in the master bathroom floor and in the tub. I brought this to the attention of the consulting handling my home by the bama I’d Bergundy as well as photos and they refused to have the property clean for move in. Stated that Ben with the pictures I provided it met their standard. They offered a $125 concession when it will cost me more than that to have it cleaned. They bait you with the quick walk through and even this concerns raised then weren’t fully assessed. When I did the thorough walk through with the app on move in day the pictures they had on the rent check app were clearly either old or taken from far away. Bergundy flat out told me that dead bugs on day one were my problem and that I should just clean up myself. This is unacceptable and disgusting and I will blast them EVERYWHERE
