Holly Holmes Williams is a great professional providing superior customer service to all. She has been instrumental in screening and vetting tenants for my properties. They have been excellent and I credit Holly for finding them and negotiating with consummate professionalism. Her management skills are unmatched. Highest recommendation. Grateful Property Owner

Holly is very professional and punctual when responding to me or with tenant. She is knowledgeable about the real estate industry and my go to person for advice. I have been working with this company over 8 years and have referred her services to my family and friends.

It's been a pleasure working with Kemeshia Edwards and Northpoint Asset Management. As a vendor, I give this company 10 stars, on the turnaround of invoice submittal and payment. I really enjoy working with Northpoint!
