After being a loyal resident at Elevate Spring Crossing for four years, I honestly never expected my move-out experience to end the way it did. Unfortunately, after four years of calling this place home, I left feeling extremely disappointed with how management handled my final move-out charges. One of the charges I was given was for stove resurfacing, despite the fact that the stovetop was already damaged when we moved in. This wasn't something that suddenly appeared at move-out. The stove, along with other appliances and areas throughout the apartment, already had issues when our tenancy began. Yet somehow, I'm now being charged to have the stove resurfaced as though this was damage caused during our four years there. What makes this even more frustrating is that their own response acknowledges that I reported issues with the stove, A/C, washer, dryer, and other maintenance concerns during my tenancy, but then dismisses those issues as “separate” from the conditions documented at move-out. So despite having a documented history of maintenance concerns, those issues apparently don't matter when determining who is responsible for the condition of the apartment. They state that the charges are for conditions “beyond ordinary wear and tear” and that the charges “remain due.” But documenting a condition at move-out does not automatically prove that the tenant caused it, especially when there were already known issues with the apartment and appliances throughout the tenancy. After four years of being a loyal resident, I expected a much better level of communication, fairness, and accountability. Instead, my experience has left me feeling like the focus at move-out was finding reasons to charge me rather than acknowledging the condition of the apartment and the maintenance history that existed throughout my tenancy. If you're considering Elevate Spring Crossing, please take extensive photos and videos of EVERYTHING when you move in, keep every maintenance request, and document every pre-existing issue in writing. Don't assume that management will remember or take responsibility for conditions that were already there. Four years as a resident and this is how my experience ended. I would not recommend this apartment complex, and I would personally think twice before signing a lease here. (Attached are the charges as well as the notations that were made prior to moving into the unit)

I lived here from August 2022 through July 2026. Unfortunately, there were quite a few ongoing issues during my nearly four years here. Pros: The maintenance team was quick to respond when I submitted requests—and I submitted many! Cons: The property often had trash throughout the community, and there were frequent times when you could smell weed throughout the building. I also witnessed multiple instances of cars being left sitting on bricks, which was concerning. Packages were stolen from my front porch multiple times, which ultimately led me to install a security camera. The apartments and appliances are also very old and outdated. During my tenancy, I repeatedly reported issues with the stove, washer, dryer, and A/C. The stove was particularly concerning because the oven glass repeatedly came loose/fell out. I reported it multiple times, yet the stove was never replaced.I was left without a stove multiple times. The washer was also damaging our clothes, and the dryer never properly dried our clothes. Our electricity bills were sometimes $278–$300 a month, and despite reporting these issues, the appliances were never replaced. The A/C and ventilation system also had ongoing issues. The vents were extremely dirty, and I experienced significant allergy issues while living there. I also reported that mold developed in one of the room ceilings. After moving out, I was charged $627.04 in addition to my security deposit being applied to the move-out charges, including fees for stove resurfacing, carpet replacement, A/C cleaning, and paint/plaster repairs. Paint and plaster i get. However the rest I disputed these charges because several appear to involve normal wear and tear, age-related deterioration, or conditions that had been repeatedly reported during my tenancy. Management provided photos, but I do not believe they adequately demonstrate that all of these charges were tenant-caused damage. After nearly four years of living here, it was frustrating to be charged for items that were already old, deteriorating, or repeatedly reported during my tenancy. Overall, the maintenance team was responsive, but the condition of the property, security concerns, aging appliances, and move-out experience left a lot to be desired. If you rent here, document everything with photos and keep records of every maintenance request and communication. As you can tell from previous reviews many people report being charged for appliances similar things that i have mentioned.

I stopped by on my way home from HEB. I was greeted by Erin and she was able to show us a few options available. She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Very patient and she answered all of my questions and emails and made sure we were tucked in. From start to finish this was a smooth and easy process. If you ever stop by, ask for Erin. She will get you taken care of.

I love coming here to visit my friend, but PLEASE KEEP UP WITH THE POOL. The pool seems like it's not being filtered. It’s way too nice and pricey to live here for it to be so dirty. Whoever is cleaning the floors, tables, and trash cans is doing a very poor job; please invest in someone who knows how to clean.

Over the last 3 years this complex has gone from a fantastic place to call home to a section 8 atmosphere with frequent evictions, parking lots full of non residents so no spots are available and the worst is that if you have a child it’s difficult to enjoy the pool because you will be blasted with party music and F bombs every other word and then you get treated with the “twerk” contests that every parent wants their child to witness ! Management does nothing and escalating to regional management doesn’t help either. Packages stolen, vehicle damaged by their own landscapers and I’m left with the bill, facilities are filled with drunks and weed smoke…. If you’re 18-26 come on in but if you’re a young professional or an adult with kids keep searching. Is it too much to ask for a decent place to live ? Is it too much to ask for a respectable atmosphere in a public area of a community ???? Editing to add a response to the Elevate Reply: IF Elevate actually cares then why is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING DONE ???? Do I need to post screenshots of emails and communication ? This is an overpriced section 8 community that smells like a dispensary and the only thing “upscale” is the rent rate. Management did absolutely NOTHING regarding the Twerk Contest held at the “community / family friendly” pool - my 11 year old had to witness this crap AGAIN !!! When you spend your time planning food trucks and not tenant safety and concerns this is exactly what happens. Just sad what this place has turned into. My vehicles being towed, vehicles damaged by contractors and I’m stuck with the bill, constant evictions, theft, smells like a dispensary every evening …. If you value privacy, cleanliness, safe atmosphere, and respectful neighbors look elsewhere.
