I love living here! The management and staff are super kind and always helpful. The entire property is kept very clean, and the pool area is absolutely pretty and relaxing. Another major plus is the monthly events—they are always beautifully put together and a great way to feel part of the community. Highly recommend!
I’ve lived here for over 2 years now, and have had a experience. The location is fantastic, but what really sets this place apart is the incredible team.
From the moment you walk into the lobby, you’re well taken care of. A huge shoutout to Nathan and Erin at the front desk—they are consistently friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Whether I have a quick question or a complex request, they always have the answers.
And it doesn't stop at the front desk, both management and the maintenance crew are top-notch. They are extremely helpful and impressively quick to respond whenever an issue arises. It’s rare to find an apartment complex where the entire staff genuinely seems to care about the residents’ experience.

I had a very disappointing move in experience here. While management has acknowledged there was a communication error, the way this situation has been handled is extremely frustrating.
On my move in day (March 14), I was told there was nothing that could be done until the following Monday regarding being placed in the wrong unit. When Monday came, I was shown a unit; however, the property has many different layouts, and the one I specifically toured is not what I was shown or what is advertised online (see attachments: left = online, right = unit I was placed in). Because of this, I had no choice but to move forward. I paid movers to move all of my belongings into an apartment that I did not tour or agree to.
The only solution offered to me was a $300 credit and a waiver of the transfer fee; something they emphasized they “don’t normally do,” as if it were a favor, even though this situation was due to their mistake. That is simply the appropriate thing to do. On top of that, the unit I was shown that following Monday had a lower rent rate, but they refused to honor that pricing, leaving me with the option of paying more or moving again at my own expense.
This response feels dismissive and shows a clear lack of accountability.
I am very dissatisfied with how this has been handled and would strongly encourage future residents to double check everything before move in (which I attempted to do but was denied) to avoid a situation like this.

Moving back to Houston soon and was thinking about this place because I stayed previously until I remembered how they took 90% of my deposit for basically nothing. Yes, i'm still upset.
So long story short, please believe the comments you're reading... everyone can't be a lie. I left my apartment spotless... I know because I hired someone because I was rushing... I ask for someone to do a walk through before I left and a lady from management and a maintenance worker came. The maintenance worker went straight to the bedroom corner and pulled the carpet up. I believe they had knowledge of something I didn't know of because why is that the first place you go? Anyway, I understood my charges for the wall because of my TVs and I accidentally damaged one small thing inside of the refrigerator and the stove top was a little scratched... cool... no problem as I was already expecting that. Finish the walk through and they say everything else looks fine.... WHYYYYYYYYYYYY DID THEY PROCEED TO CHARGE ME FOR TUB RESURFACING WHICH WAS A FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS!! People reading, I am only 127 pounds. I wish I could put an emoji so that you could see my expression but i'm on my laptop lol. Also, the carpet cleaning was like $150... the man literally went straight to a specific portion on the carpet and I know for a fact it wasn't me because I had very big and large dresser in that exact spot and I also don't eat inside my room....they also charged me some fee for the little thing outside the door with your apt number... idk what happed with that... I didn't even have a mat outside because I was never home... Always paid on time actually before time...smh there's much more I can say like sleeping with no A/C on multiple occasions, dryer issues etc but I feel like I've typed enough for someone to get my point.
Out of like $600 ... I got back like $58... that is insane choose wisely... don't say you weren't warned (:

Believe the reviews about them trying to squeeze every dime out of you when you move out. They will make up charges and keep your deposit even if you leave the apartment spotless.I’m honestly glad I moved when I did because things only seemed to be getting worse. While living here we dealt with appliances breaking, water outages, and the gate constantly being broken.
Security was also a big issue. My car was broken into and nothing was done after reporting it. I also saw multiple neighbors have their wheels stolen. There were also frequent disturbances.. people screaming in hallways, parents leaving children unsupervised in the gym, and ongoing pest issues (ants and roaches in the walls) despite keeping our apartment very clean.
Overall, very poor management and not a place I would recommend.
