  Elevate has been a 5 star experience from top to bottom. Always going above and beyond… Extravagant resident events, customer service and a beautiful peaceful community! I’d recommend Elevate to anyone looking to move to the Spring area. By far the best maintenance and office staff. They are prompt, thorough, & attentive.

  Move somewhere else, don't rent here. They literally charge you for everything. I was charged $175 for per treatment. My dog was NEVER allowed into my room. Never scratched anything, and did no damage to that apartment what so ever. $150 for a cleaning fee after I deep cleaned that apartment myself. Manager Ana says they had to deep clean the washer machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Make it make sense? As a business, you guys HAVE to keep up with appliance maintenance. We did the best we could and we only used the dishwasher like maybe 3 times out of this whole year. $146 for carpet cleaning, excuse me? I cleaned that carpet every Monday. The manager stated something about refreshing it or something, well yeah thats kind of your job to do? You guys have to keep up with those things. Why does that have to come out of the renters expense? The whole time we were there I can tell you right now, i'ts not worth anyones hard earned money. The pool is always a mess every weekend, they do not control who comes in and out so if you can get in those gates you can go to the pool. The. grills are always nasty, the water is not kept up with, and people smoke weed there. Ever since they switched from chlorine to something else, I can't remember what they switched it to, the pool has felt unsanitary and gross. There is ALWAYS dog shit in the stairway, or some kind of nasty stain that no one ever picks up, which is VERY unsanitary. My next door neighbors dog never stopped barking after I got in contact with them a couple of times. I decided to rent a WHOLE house with the same price they were charging me. Apartments are a scam. Thank god I left. You will not see your deposit. If anything, they'll charge you extra and you'll end up owing. Oh, the gym? If you live on the other side of the gym youll have to walk all the way around to get access. Meaning if its raining and theres horrible weather, you'll more than likely end up wet. Not convenient at all.
