  Management clearly does not care about the safety of the people who live here. Cars are being damaged and things are being stolen, yet the office does absolutely nothing about it. When I told them they should install security cameras to help protect residents and their property, their only response was that “this is happening all over the city.” That is not a solution — it is an excuse. We pay rent to live here and should at least feel that management is making an effort to keep the property safe. Instead, they wash their hands of the situation and act like it is not their problem. No cameras, no real security improvements, no solutions, and no concern for the residents who are dealing with the consequences. If you are going to charge people to live here, then you should care about their safety and their property. Very disappointing management and a complete lack of concern for the residents.

  Vivo en estos condominios y desafortunadamente me pasaron dos cosas primero me golpean mi carro en la parte del pasajero y ahora me roban las llantas de mi carro, fui a las oficinas para decirles mis reclamos y me dices que no pueden hacer nada y les pregunto por las cámaras no tienen cámaras en ese lado del edificio, se supone que estamos pagando un buen lugar que nos promete “seguridad” pero a la final no me pueden ayudar, la única solución es de tener un garage, osea debo de pagar más!! No me dan ninguna solución, definitivamente no recomendaría que vengan a vivir aquí porque después no te ayudan a resolver estos problemas que vienen siendo del CONDOMIO! Cómo van a querer que confiemos en ustedes si no nos ayudan a resolver estos problemas nosotros estamos confiados que aquí se puede vivir en tranquilidad cuando pasan estas cosas, al menos pongan más cámaras para que esté más seguro todo y los residentes estar más tranquilos sabiendo que si hay seguridad Definitivamente no vengan a vivir!!!

  I am extremely disappointed with the lack of security and accountability at this property. I live here, and it is unacceptable that residents have to worry about their vehicles being damaged or having things stolen while they are parked inside the complex. My vehicle was affected, and when I tried to speak with the leasing office, I felt like no one wanted to take responsibility or provide any real help or solution. We pay to live in a community that is supposed to feel safe, yet incidents involving parked vehicles continue to happen. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of communication and concern from management. Residents deserve better security, better communication, and an office staff that actually takes these situations seriously. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

  We’ve lived in this community since 2020 and we have really enjoyed it. Everyone works hard to make it feel like home and to make it as safe as possible. I feel like the staff does a great job too at staying friendly and professional. They’ve done a lot to keep improving and have great communication from small things to bigger things. This place has been very good to us. We are grateful. - Amanda and Josh

  The staff ok but useless they have a payment scam system i paid my rent on time and I pay for my bank over draft after deduction of money 2 days got refunded and charged me 200 dollars if you park and by mistake touch the white line a tow will take your car charged you 300$ when you leak to management the answer its the system not us its scam system
