I moved in two years ago, and I absolutely love this place! It's a nice community, quiet and restful. I feel safe here, no matter what time of day, but especially coming home later in the evening. Maintenance issues are promptly addressed and the staff is super friendly! I'm looking forward to renewing my lease (for the second time)!

I am a resident of this complex. At first, everything was fine—until people started smoking marijuana in the laundry room and at night. Another problem is that if you live on the second floor, animals in the attic make a lot of noise, and the management office staff doesn't seem to care. I do not recommend this complex; it is no longer the same place it was a few years ago. Not to mention, there isn't a single security camera on the premises. Someone hit my car right here inside the complex, and nobody saw a thing. A year ago, I came face-to-face with some tire thieves as I was leaving for work, and the complex management did nothing about that either. They never fixed the main entrance gate, and it took them three weeks to repair my air conditioner because they didn't have the necessary part.

I’ve lived here for three years. The first two were fine. Once I signed my last lease (where they made me change from a 12 month to a 13 month) It all started going downhill. I came home at midnight one day to water everywhere. The emergency maintenance line Isn’t actually ever answered so I had to wait until the morning to get someone to come and help me with the water problem. They had to put holes in my bathroom to stop the leak which was fine. The problem was that they took almost 2 months to fix the holes that they put into the bathroom. And that was only with me constantly calling The office over and over again. Fast-forward to when one of the first big freezes came. My heater went out. It took just about two days for it to be fixed. And that again was with me constantly calling the office, To make sure they actually did their job. I had a maintenance request in recently For my dishwasher. The request went in March 1. They first tried to enter My apartment March 24th. Since they have not called Me beforehand, Like I stated to do in every single Maintenance request I have put in the last 3 years, They set off my alarm. I called to confirm that it was them. And told them since they had not called my dog was not put up so that they could come in and work, So they could not enter right then but if They came after one, Then they would be able to. They did not try to come back, until April 24th. Which I called the office again to let them know since they did not schedule a time, My dog was not put up And they could not go into the Apartment To work. Whoever was in the office that day Was incredibly rude and disrespectful, Speaking over me, telling me that they could not guarantee a phone call ahead of time, and the maintenance request are Always Taken care of within 24-48 hours. When I told her that this request has been open since March 1 and that was a lie, She’s still continue to argue with me. I finally told her she needed to get a hold of her maintenance man so he would know that my dog is In my apartment and the alarm is set so they would not be able to enter. She told me she “ Would do her best, but they don’t take their phones with them Into the field, so they can’t always get a hold of them”. Yesterday, While still waiting for my dishwasher to fixed, The faucet on my bathtub decided to come off. I went down to the office, Since you can barely get a person on the phone anyways, To let them know that it needed to be fixed. Funny enough, she was able to call the maintenance man right then to go look at it , Even though “they don’t have their phones on them” This one they actually did take care Right away. So if you want any work done, you need to go in Person face-to-face. 90% of the time, They let the AI assistant, Ella, Answer the phone calls, Even if they are in the office. Yesterday I called four times in a row about my shower, They did not answer once, but as soon as I walked in a minute later, there was someone Sitting right beside the phone. I do not recommend this apartment to anyone. The management does not care. And they continue to show that fact.

Would not recommend this property, have been a resident for going on two years. Management does NOT stay, entrance gate has been broken for months with no update as to when it will get fixed, and my water is constantly being turned off for "boiler repairs". Only move here if you have NO other choice!!

Do not move here management is terrible. We have been with out hot water for 3 days now every other week the hot water is off and the only updates the office have is that a part is needed and then the office will send the message at 5:40 when the office is near closing. Do not believe the fake reviews
