My apartment was not ready on the day that I was supposed to move in on July 24th. Then, it was supposed to be ready. August 3rd I moved in. Nothing was done. It wasn't cleaned. My dishwasher leaks on the floor backs up into the sink. Smells like a sewer. There's mold in my bathroom around the bedroom. In the window. Sill, the paint is peeling the bathtub, which they claimed that they're going to resurface, which means painting scuff, marks and tears all on the floor and I've brought this to their attention, and nothing has been done. The apartment I was shown during my tour was actually beautiful. There were certain things in that apartment that I was not going to get in my apartment which I clearly understood. But I did not expect that my apartment would be such a god.Awful dump. My advice to anyone who goes to move into an apartment. Make sure you walk that apartment that you are going to rent before you sign papers. Now I'm jumping through hoops going through oh OSHA, health inspectors ,and lawyers to try to get my things taken care of. These are only some of the pictures that the system would allow me to add. You can only add 50, but I have a stove with a glass top that is cracked from the front burner to the bag burner, and you can actually put a quarter and run it along the side. That's how deep the crack is, which is a fire hazard. If I tried to cook on it, so I have not been able to cook.

Add my time of signing papers. Even though their system had a glitch, they have changed my move in amount. Several times over the last two weeks, and now I'm sitting in front of the office and they're supposed to be here. And there's no one here, and there's a line full of people who are ticked off, because their cars got towed, even though they are residents here, something needs to change with this company. And if it's gotta start with me.That's fine because I will file a lawsuit

Completely trash community. Especially the the leasing office team. I will give them 0 star for service. They don't answer the phone after completing your application. Communication is worst. Please, if you like to live in nice neighborhood. Look around same communities. This place is trash. Full of cockroaches. They model they show you. You get excited for new apartment. The one you receive. Feel like you going to die. MKe sure to inspect apartment or ask neighbors foe this community. Leasing staff always smiling with full of lies.

Apartments are falling apart and management company will not invest any money into fixing problems. Gates are wide open, fence is falling down all around property, holes in siding, raccoons and bats living in attic, mold in units and plumbing is always needing repairs leading to unexpected shutoffs. If you turn in a maintenance request they will simply cancel it if they don’t want to fix it. Then when you leave they will send you a final amount owed but provide no way to pay it because you’ve been removed from the resident portal and they won’t accept cash, check or money order claiming it has to go to collections and you can pay it that way. Poorly run company running a poorly maintained property.

My husband and I have unfortunately lived here for nearly 5 years and it has been non stop hell. This place preys on low income people and collects rent every single month but does not fulfill their duties. I’ve finally reached the point where I have contacted the city for help. To start, we are currently living with three holes in our bedroom ceiling that have been there for nearly a year (reference first image) No one at the office would help or take matters seriously so I reached out on Facebook and was put in touch with the regional maintenance manager, Tamika. I was told that the situation my husband and I have had to live in would be handled SWIFTLY. She had contractors come out (AGAIN) to look at the same holes that they saw a month ago and did nothing about. Well, we’re now a week and a half out and Tamieka has gone ghost. I will attach photos of all of the living conditions we have had to endure. ALL of these issues took a MINIMUM of 2 months to be repaired some even longer- including what we are living with now. We have had to incessantly hound them to do their job. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MOVE TO ANOTHER PLACE! It is not worth it! There are pests like roaches, raccoons literally everywhere!! The fences are broken the front gate is broken. We’ve had attempted break ins, people have had their tires stolen literally sitting on cinder blocks when they woke up. I could literally write a book about this place and how horrible it has been and the damage it has done to our mental health and well being. Summit property management should be ashamed of themselves for collecting all the money they do and not doing anything. Meanwhile, go look at their business Facebook. There is no shortage of fun for the employees I’ll tell you that. That’s where your money goes. It definitely does not go to the community you live in. Edit: also just found out we have been paying double the rent for who knows how long as the rent for a one bedroom on their site is listed at $600 dollars. Completely insane and that has NEVER been our rent payment.
