  I visited my cousin over the weekend and stopped by to inquire about the process of possibly leasing for myself. While I didn’t need to tour the amenities or the community, Achante was still very helpful and informative!

  Only giving 4 because there’s still a lot more that needs to be done around the property but me and several of my neighbors have seen a lot of improvements recently since the new manager came in. Our pool is clean and we can use it! People posting photos of it green are old. I just want to give a shout out to my girls in the office online. I know I tell them in person every time I see them that we were in the trenches for a while and they handle business but they deserve their flowers online too. Achante and Jackie AKA the clean up crew keep up the good work! The changes they’ve made made me renew my lease. Now when you can get the hallways cleaned I’ll come back and add the final star but thank you ladies we see you! Now here’s two current photos cuz people are trying to do my girls dirty. Love you girls!

  PSA to anyone thinking about living in unit 626. I’ve lived in this complex for almost four years. I moved into unit 626 in May of last year and after living here for over a year I can tell you it’s been absolute HELL. To begin, one of the biggest issues of this unit are the neighbors upstairs. They stomp so hard that my ceiling fan and light fixtures shake. To make it worse they do it nonstop and I’ve been complaining to the office since September and nothing fixes the problem. Another issue worth mentioning is the roaches and bugs. When I first moved in I had an infestation of ants coming out of every outlet you could find in the unit. It got so bad I’d find clumps of them in my gallon jugs of water. Took management months to fix the problem and just when I thought it couldn’t get worse I started finding roaches. The large American size roaches took over the garage and smaller roaches started coming out of the fridge. Pest control came out and they even told me that they’re used to having to come to this unit to take care of pests. Another issue is the mold. The restroom has mold on the ceiling and management was told about it twice and it’s never been repaired. Matter fact the first time they came they just wiped it. This complex has turned into a joke. When I got the keys to the unit they literally gave us the unit with a hole in the bathtub. To this day no one has replaced it. It’s honestly really sad because there’s so much potential but management has been so bad it’s not worth it. Please believe the reviews trust me this place isn’t worth it.

  I have received a package in the mail with underwear from this apartment community. I don’t know why this was sent to my address all the way in florida but it is WEIRD. I tried asking someone about this and they said they cannot disclose leasee information. Filing a complaint immediately. The name of business doesn’t exist.
