  I stopped by earlier this week to ask about pricing and availability. Even though it was pretty busy, Achante still acknowledged me and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. Super helpful and welcoming.

  Wouldn’t recommend moving here, I can never find parking. I come home late from work at times and will have to park at the front office and walk all the way to the back of the complex to get to my apartment. The hallways are gross, they haven’t been pressure washed in what looks like forever. Theres only one way in and out of the complex which seems like a safety hazard and the only gate that is operational doesn’t close at night or ever. It remains open all day so pretty much anyone can drive right in. The pool is never in service, sadly the gate is almost always locked for whatever reason, they don’t even send out emails about why it’s closed or how long it’ll be closed for. The gym has 85% broken equipment. And we’re all paying monthly fees for these things that seem to NEVER be in service…my lease has finally ended but they used my security deposit to pay all these new fees as if living here wasn’t bad enough in itself. This place needs new management and new everything really.

  My sister and her husband lived here for a few years and moved out a few months ago. The electric gates were always broken and the pool was never open even during the Summer months. The complex was clearly poorly maintained and managed. On top of that, my sister developed health issues while living there (shortness of breath, fatigue, food sensitivities) I believe was due to a MASSIVE roach infestation and possible mold in their apartment. DO NOT CONSIDER MOVING HERE. BEWARE.

  DEBERIAN TENER MAS LIMPIAS LAS AREAS VERDES ESTAN LLENAS DE ESCREMENTOS DE PERROS MAS LOS PASILLOS LLENOS DE BASURA Y SUCIOS. No hacen caso a los llamados para arreglos dentro de los Apartamentos Las hormigas estan por tadas parte y de las malas que salen por todas las esquinas del apartamento. LA HIGIENE ES PESIMA EN TODO EL COMPLEJO. No obligation a las personas a recover los escrementos y no comical bolsas para asistir à la limpieza de las areas verdes Que asco y pena con la gente que visits este complejo de apartamentos. MUY DESEPCIONADA DE ESTE COMPLEJO DE APARTAMENTOS. MALICIMOOOOO.
