  Lisa has been exceptional. She has helped me through the whole process and done a phenomenal job at it. I couldn't ask for anymore. I would recommnded this place to others 10/10.

  Everyone here is exceptional. Lisa, Nick, Margarita, Adam, and Vanessa are all lovely people who take so much pride in their work and creating a great experience for the residents. Any issue I have had, they’ve answered it efficiently, swiftly, and provide updates. Double shoutouts to the team. They have all taken the time to get to know me and my family the past two years. You can’t beat the quality of people here.

  I’ve been living at Westover Oaks for almost a year now and have no complaints. The front office staff and maintenance are very friendly and promptly respond to any questions or issues I’ve had while living here. If you’re looking for a nice place to live for a fair price, just talk to Lisa in the front office, she’s the best!

  We recently toured Westover Oaks as my family is moving in over the next couple of weeks, and we had a great experience working with Lisa Plata. Lisa was incredibly welcoming and professional. She took the time to answer all of our questions and clearly explained the community’s guidelines, which really put us at ease. Aside from the excellent experience with Lisa, i liked the community itself—it has a great vibe, plenty of available parking, and the floorplans are excellent and well-thought-out. Lisa made the entire leasing process straightforward and stress-free. I highly recommend reaching out to her if you are looking to move here.

  Sept. 2026: I am moving into Westover Oaks this month and have had a great experience so far. I liked the floorplans (very practical), and parking availability for residents and guests, which is a huge plus. It's a gated community. The onboarding process was handled by Lisa Plata, who was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She is highly professional, answered all of my questions clearly, and made sure we understood all the community regulations before signing. She definitely took the stress out of the paperwork. I’m looking forward to moving in soon. (Note: I plan to update this review over time to reflect my actual living experience once I settle in.)
