  As someone who has lived here for 2 years all I can say is spare yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Make this an absolute last resort. I’ve only renewed here for school zoning purposes, it was the ultimate sacrifice I hated I had to make but Ive gotten to the point where I realize I can rent a home in the same area for better value and better return on my investment. Maybe with less income coming in we can get Venterra out of here and get a company that values the wellbeing and upkeep of the community and its residents rather than ROI. I can go on and on about my issues I’ve had here but it gets to a point where the review is sometimes “I simply don’t have the words for this 0 star experience”. This is real, raw, passion and firsthand experience *not Ai let me write that for you and we make it sound good* go elsewhere 🙏🏽. It may seem sweet at first to seal the deal and get you in the door, and that’s when it begins. I’m currently 2 days in just waiting to have water pressure (not the first time) so I can take a bath, this is following having no ac for 4 days *it was out just weeks prior and sometime before that as well* (just know AC issues come consistently like valet trash! It might miss you sometimes but it’s coming! It’s a wonderful amenity they have!) instead of investing in a quality portable AC unit considering they know this is a reoccurring problem they give you a janky window unit that allows the lovely Texas heat and humidity to enter. Also they only have 1 portable unit so if your neighbors AC goes out before yours that day you are SOL because while though they know this is an issue they still do not equip themselves to have at least 2-3 units. Just being cheap yet they added all these fees to our rent recently… GREED! I have had electric bills over $300 for MONTHS Ive made complaints even to corporate. They finally brought someone who specializes in HVAC and he found that the vent on my unit had been defective so the AC was cooling the attic and debris including wasp and heavy lint that has permanently damaged my sofa was entering the unit from the attic due to the vent failure. We have no idea how long this was happening but I have rust on every metal surface in my home that confirms moisture has been an issue in this unit and that seal failure was the reason. I hate calling this place my home. I dread coming back here after deployments like “what issues am I going to face after being away from home 20+ days” I can never return home happy and at peace there’s always something. And even when it’s good it’s hard to be happy for long because you know something is bound to occur. Rather it’s vents hanging from one corner because they’re too cheap to buy proper vents. The foundation in your living room floor buckling and lifting more and more to the point where you can see the foundation cracks in the room beneath. Or buying expired beverages from the new fancy vending machine amenity. Oh wait I said I wasn’t going to go on and on about my issues , I’ll stop there….

  Truly disappointed about my experience attempting to lease here. One week before moving in and the management team proved that they had poor communication skills and lacks the ability to resolve issues. They NEVER answer the phone. I understand that AI is there to assist, but should NOT replace the human element of communication. They are kind, yes, but kind without being productive is problematic. I was left scrambling to find a new place last minute. So if you are a planner, and want to efficiently plan your move, find somewhere else to go.

  I almost want to gatekeep this place because I love it so much... but that wouldn't be fair. 😊 I'm originally from Seattle and have lived in Pearland, Texas, for the past seven years. This is the fourth property I've lived in, and it is by far the BEST. If you're looking for a clean, modern community with state-of-the-art security, keyless entry, beautifully maintained grounds, and an incredibly peaceful atmosphere, stop looking—it's right here. I love this community so much that I'm currently in the market to purchase a home, and I've actually been using my townhome as an example to show my realtor exactly what I want to buy! My neighbors have all been friendly and respectful, and in the 10 months I've lived here, noise has never been an issue. Even my fur son loves it here! There are plenty of walking trails and green spaces for him to enjoy, and the mostly hard-surface flooring makes life with a furry family member so much easier. What truly sets this community apart, though, is the management and maintenance team. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their residents. Every concern I've had has been addressed quickly and effectively, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. A special thank you to Ms. Nye, Miranda, Jerome, Erin, JaVon, and the entire team for making this community feel like home. The only critique I have is the price point, but honestly, you get exactly what you pay for. The peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, modern townhomes, and exceptional customer service make it worth every penny. Great job, Townhomes at Lake Park! Keep up the excellent work!

  We moved here in April of this year and this was the best decision we could've made choosing where to live. The townhome has a beautiful floor plan that is spacious and thoughtful to the residents. The community is very kind and loving along with how peaceful the area is. We came from a dangerous area to a very quiet area. We had no idea peace existed the way it is here. The management team and maintenance staff are absolutely wonderful. They have a gift of making residents feel seen and heard when it comes to an issue or just general questions. This place truly feels like home.

  Took a tour at Lake Park and I was impressed with the townhomes. I met with Erin and she was great, very hospitable, answered all my questions and made me feel like I was already a resident. I can't wait to move into this property
