  I wanted to take the time to express my sincere gratitude to the entire St. Andrew's team. As a longtime resident, I consider this my home. I've seen the cast of the leasing team change a few times over the years, but we have been grateful to have a good experience throughout it all. Most recently, I've had the pleasure of working with Khori, Yudi, Bert, Amber, Matthew, Carlos, and Halmer. Each of them answered my call with a smile and a genuine goal to provide a good experience. My family and I sincerely appreciate all of you, but I have to especially shout out Khori and Bert for the exceptional service they have provided in this move. From the beginning of the transfer, Khori assured me that we would find a unit that fit my needs and my budget, and she hit the nail on the head. She has continued to follow up and make sure that any questions or concerns I have are answered and solved as quickly as possible. Bert has done a large amount of heavy lifting (literally 🙂) ensuring my appliances are up and running to meet our daily needs. This move has been an extension of the top-notch service he has always provided. Yudi, Amber, and Matt have also been helping to follow up on my maintenance requests and move-related questions to get me updates as quickly as possible - Thank you! Halmer has been in the unit, ensuring that it is habitable while we investigate a leak and providing a sense of calm that it will be taken care of. They are all a great team and should be very proud of the work they do for families like mine in this community.

  I recently came in to view the property and loved it ,Yudi was great at showing me everything they had to offer. I fell in love with the pool and the amenities having kids this definitely makes it a top choice for me. Looking forward to living here!

  I’ve lived here for about two years now and honestly haven’t had any major complaints. The office staff has always been friendly, and whenever I’ve emailed with a question, they’ve usually gotten back to me within a day. Maintenance has also always been pretty quick whenever we’ve needed something fixed. The location is really convenient, and overall it’s been a nice place to live. Everyone in the office has been helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. I also wanted to give a shoutout to Khori! We recently decided to transfer to a different unit, and she was super helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to go over our options with us and worked with us to find something that fit our budget. She made everything really easy and was genuinely great to work with. Overall, it’s been a good experience living here, and I’d definitely recommend checking it out!

  Khori has been amazing to work with, very accommodating within your budget. Very easygoing and friendly. Been a resident for a couple years. Please ask for her if you are interested in renting.
