She was very patient while giving me a tour of the apartments. It’s great to know they are pet-friendly—I have a dog, and the facilities are well-equipped for our pets. I am very pleased with the friendly service and help I received!

From the very beginning, the team was responsive, professional and genuinely cared about making the leasing process as smooth as possible. Victoria was incredibly patient and always took the time to answer my questions, provide updates, and explain each step of the process. She made me feel like more than just another applicant. Matthew also went above and beyond. After my application was re-reviewed, he personally called me to let me know I had been approved without needing a guarantor. Since I had already paid TheGuarantors fee that morning, he immediately worked to have the policy canceled so I could receive a refund. I truly appreciated the honesty, transparency, and quick communication. Moving can be stressful, but the entire leasing team made the process feel much easier. Their customer service, professionalism, and willingness to help really stood out, and it made me feel confident that I chose the right community. If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to notify applicants as soon as possible if their application status changes before they complete additional payments. In my case, I had just paid the guarantor fee when I learned I no longer needed it. Thankfully, the team immediately began working to resolve it, and I truly appreciated their efforts. Overall, I highly recommend St. Andrews to anyone looking for a community with a leasing team that genuinely cares about its residents and provides excellent customer service. I’m excited to call St. Andrews my new home!
