Maintenance is always quick with repairs, the leasing staff are helpful and Diana is really nice and welcoming. She helped me process my renewal, and made sure I was happy with where I live. Pools are always clean and they have events and food trucks a lot too so there’s always stuff to do.
- MMMaria MorinMay 2, 20265.0I’ve had my eye on this property for awhile. I’m very picky about the cleanliness of my surroundings and Preserve at Baywood meets and exceeds my expectations. The fact that I can walk out my apartment and go for a run along the Red Bluff trail is a big plus. Management were extremely friendly and Jessica made us feel welcomed. She answered every question I had and was patient to my impatient needs lol. I stressed that I wanted to see gym and pool areas as those were two things I would be utilizing and she led the way with ease. I 💯 recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, decent priced, updated stainless steel appliance apts with washer/dryer included. I had been mentioning to my family I wanted to purchase a ring camera for wherever I decided I was going to move to. They happened to have a spin the wheel game for new residents that I won a ring camera as one of many awesome prizes listed on the wheel! This was my reassurance I was where I needed to be! I couldn’t be more happier to call this place HOME! I will update 6 months in, but for now…..to new beginnings!!!! 🍾🎉👏🏼
