- AVAlex VanderspekSep 21, 20263.0The area is beautiful. And I have loved living here. Unfortunately there have been a lot of issues and not good ones. For one, since the day we moved in, the gates have always had issues with staying open or taking a long time to open if they were closed, specifically the side gates. Another issue is the maintenance team. Their website promises 48 hours or less for maintenance. We have not had them come that quickly in a very long time. There have also been a couple times we have had maintenance emergencies. Instead of coming, we are always given attitude and asked if we can wait till the next day. Shocker, they still do not come next day. Our dryer has also never dried clothes properly and they constantly are doing quick fixes but never getting to the root of the issue Third, the communication is AWFUL. About a year ago, we had a different Property Manager as well as different office workers. The entire team has changed and the communication is bad now. We shouldn’t have to walk to the pool just to find out that it is closed, which has happened several times. Overall, I do love the apt and community and the apartments itself are very nice but I don’t think I can recommend it anymore, especially the price that continues to go up

They love to slam their door all hours of the night, and literally lets their dog pee and poop in front of my grass area! Their TV is so loud I can hear it through my walls! Management is nice, but that doesn’t compare on how I live 24/7! Also, parking sucks you have to pay for a spot that’s far away
