  I’ve lived here 2018-2020 and 2023- present. & I’m renewing again this summer. Maintenance is always quick with repairs, the leasing staff are helpful and Diana is really nice and welcoming. She helped me process my renewal, and made sure I was happy with where I live. Pools are always clean and they have events and food trucks a lot too so there’s always stuff to do.

  One month Update: I know I said I was going to update 6 months from now, but I have just been so amazed by this property that I had to give an update now. My experience here now being one month in has been phenomenal. Everything is maintained through an app which adds to the convenience, entry to home and able to control AC temperature in these hot summer days through my phone is awesome. Maintenance is on top of their game, super nice staff, the cleanliness of the property is superb. Now the only issue I have is hearing people swimming in the very early hours of the morning between 2am-4am. Now I'm no Karen, but being close to the pool, sometimes it interrupts my sleep and being that I get up at 3am to start my day, it can become annoying. I have not brought to anyone's attention, because to be honest all the good outweighs that one issue I have. If it becomes an ongoing problem then maybe I'll say something, but I was young once, lol. Top tier property, that offers dog parks, dog spa to take your pets a bath in, running trail around complex and out the drive way as well, food trucks that come and park in front of office to offer you a time off cooking and enjoy different eateries, you get notifications on your phone of any ongoing activities the property is hosting, smart locker notifications when ordering from Amazon/FedEx (love this), great gym equipment, and the best cleaning facilities and kept clean I've seen. The reason for this update was what happened yesterday, when I put in a maintenance request (through the wonderful convenient app), asking them to check my washer as it was not completing the washing cycle, leaving me with wet clothes, and I had to rerun the wash. It was a hit or miss when it wanted to work right. Well yesterday on my ring camera while at work, I see two gentleman bringing me a washer...a whole new/used washer up to the 3rd floor and replaced it!!!! I mean that was customer service at its finest!!! I'm just making sure you get a clear picture of what this property has to offer, and you will not regret it! :) :):) I’ve had my eye on this property for awhile. I’m very picky about the cleanliness of my surroundings and Preserve at Baywood meets and exceeds my expectations. The fact that I can walk out my apartment and go for a run along the Red Bluff trail is a big plus. Management were extremely friendly and Jessica made us feel welcomed. She answered every question I had and was patient to my impatient needs lol. I stressed that I wanted to see gym and pool areas as those were two things I would be utilizing and she led the way with ease. I 💯 recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, decent priced, updated stainless steel appliance apts with washer/dryer included. I had been mentioning to my family I wanted to purchase a ring camera for wherever I decided I was going to move to. They happened to have a spin the wheel game for new residents that I won a ring camera as one of many awesome prizes listed on the wheel! This was my reassurance I was where I needed to be! I couldn’t be more happier to call this place HOME! I will update 6 months in, but for now…..to new beginnings!!!! 🍾🎉👏🏼

  For starters Taylor and the staff are very welcoming and friendly people . They handle themselves very professional and helpful. The property itself is very well maintained and the amenities are great. Walking into the clubhouse truly feels like an extension of home.
