This is my honest review, I’ve lived many places over the years as I usually Always end up moving after 1 to 2 years of living somewhere. I can honestly say that this has been the best living experience of any apartments I’ve ever had and is the first place I’ve ever stayed longer than 2 years. The apartment complex is well taken care of and is a great place to live. however, what truly makes this place stand out is the exceptional people working here. The staff here is honestly what keeps me renewing year after year. everyone from the Management, To the maintenance staff to the front desk, all work extremely hard To provide the best living experience possible. I highly recommended giving this place a shot!

I’ve lived at Venue at Hometown since June, and my experience has been unsafe and disappointing. My balcony — a major reason I leased here — has been completely inaccessible for four months, with no timeline for restoration.
The safety risks are real: I was awoken at 2 a.m. to fire alarms as my neighbor frantically removed items after water from a balcony above hers collapsed onto her balcony in the middle of the night.
I spoke with Community Manager Trish Phillips, but my formal complaint through the Venterra portal in September went unacknowledged for nearly a month. The compensation offered has been inadequate, and management and corporate responsiveness remain poor. I cannot recommend this property — residents should know serious issues may go unresolved, and safety may be at risk.

I don’t write reviews often, but I had to post about this apartment! My husband and I got married and moved here—our first apartment together. The management and maintenance teams have always been super friendly and responsive.
They’re great at communicating anytime they close the office early, shut down the pool for maintenance, etc. They also do extra things like throw holiday parties, which I think is really cute and thoughtful.
They recently upgraded the workout facility, and it’s really nice. We love the area, too—we joke that we act like we live in Colleyville but pay NRH prices. This was the perfect first apartment for us, and I’ll always look back on it fondly!
