  We have lived here for 2 years and have had a fantastic experience! It's better than any complex we've ever lived in to be honest. The leasing office staff is friendly and ready to help with any issue that may pop up. The maintenance crew is amazing, they show up the next day to fix any problems we have had. That is unheard of at most places we have been. The complex feels safe, and is kept in great condition. Renewing for a 3rd year because we love it here. ☺️

  I would like to recognize Jose and Pedro from the maintenance team for the excellent job they did repairing my A/C. They were professional, respectful, and very helpful. They worked hard to make sure everything was fixed and that my apartment was comfortable again. Thank you, Jose and Pedro, for your great service and dedication.   Muy lindos y confortables apartamentos. Quiero agradecer al personal de oficina especialmente a Daniela tan carismática y atenta a todo lo que uno necesita, muy agradecida por su ayuda en el proceso de contratación el cual es tan engorroso. También quiero resaltar el trabajo eficiente de los trabajadores de mantenimiento.

  We moved in around 4 months ago, we had a great experience throughout the leasing process, and a big part of it was thanks to Francisco. From the very beginning he was very professional and helpful. He showed us the apartments, took the time to explain everything, answer all of our question and kept us informed. The communication with him was excellent and he made the process feel easy. Francisco’s attitude and patience made us feel welcomed, he went above and beyond to ensure we had all the info we needed and he was always quick to respond. The community itself it’s great, but the excellent customer service we still receive from the staff has been the best part of it. I highly recommend this community. Thank you Francisco and staff for making our experience such a positive one.
