From the very beginning he was very professional and helpful. He showed us the apartments, took the time to explain everything, answer all of our question and kept us informed. The communication with him was excellent and he made the process feel easy. Francisco’s attitude and patience made us feel welcomed, he went above and beyond to ensure we had all the info we needed and he was always quick to respond. The community itself it’s great, but the excellent customer service we still receive from the staff has been the best part of it. I highly recommend this community.
