  Absolutely loved living here! The units are maintained really well, lots of smart tech in the units that made things really convenient, and the amenities were fantastic! It's very safe as well as it is a gated community with patrol on at night. Allison and the staff here are super amazing, and they were extremely helpful for my move in and out. The complex is really convenient for getting to City Centre, and if I had any errands to run, I wouldn't have to drive anywhere north of 10 minutes. Would highly recommend living here!

  I lived here at AVASA for around 2 1/2 years and have definitely experienced some highs and lows: Highs: - Location is great - Smart Home technology is really great & easy to use - Easy access garages - Fair-ish price for apartments - Tons of parking for visitors - Food trucks come onsite weekly - Valet Trash is consistent Lows: - There’s a lot of crime and car tire theft here. Definitely invest in a garage if you live here which is around a $150 fee per month. - One night I had a maintenance emergency & tried contacting maintenance who never answered and I had to spend that night at a friends house. After hours maintenance doesn’t really exist here. - Tons of pests here! I ensured to keep my food boxed away and only in the kitchen but giant roaches would appear in the bathroom a few times a month. - There is only one dumpster for the entire complex and it often gets over filled. - Walls are very thin. There were a lot of nights where I was woken up by car alarms, loud music, etc. - There’s a lot of weed smoking here and the smell can get overwhelming in the hallways at times. - Maintenance had a few times tried entering the apartment without announcing themselves and I even had one time had the AVASA team enter my apartment at a time I wasn’t home when I stated I wanted to be home for the renewal walk-through.

  I wanted to recognize Adonis and Erasmo for their excellent service. They helped me get my door unjammed quickly and efficiently. Both were very professional, friendly, and courteous throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I truly appreciate their help and positive attitude. Thank you, Adonis and Erasmo, for providing such great service!

  Herasmo and Adonis were here to mount my TVs and curtain rods. both were very professional and explained what they were doing throughout the process. They worked diligently and I am super pleased with the results!
