  I visited Mission Mayfield Downs today to complete an application. The staff was very helpful, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! This was the fastest and easiest application process I've ever had. I was in, approved, and out in about an hour! I can't wait to move in!

  I never had any problems with this complex until I moved out. When I signed my lease, I was told that if I stayed for two years, I would receive my full security deposit back. I did stay for the full two years, even though the apartment was not in perfect condition when I moved in. For example, I was given a bathtub with peeling paint and in very poor condition. I have been waiting for my security deposit check, only to find out that, conveniently, they added several charges and deducted them from the amount they were supposed to refund me. They charged me for replacing the carpet, claiming it had pet hair and black stains. That is simply not true. I never had any pets, and I have a video showing the condition of the apartment when I left it. They also charged me $260 for trash bags, even though the complex has a valet trash service that is supposed to handle the trash. Apparently, you pay for that service for no reason. On top of that, I moved out two weeks before my lease ended and returned the keys, including the mailbox keys, yet I am still being charged for them. I also have a $90 water charge, which is almost twice what I normally paid when I was living there for an entire month. How am I supposed to have used that much water when I had already moved out? I have tried contacting the office to get an explanation, but they keep sending me from one person to another without actually resolving anything. Do yourself a favor and do not make the mistake of renting here. And if you are considering living here during the summer, be prepared for extremely high electricity bills because the AC cannot properly cool the apartment. There were days when the temperature inside stayed around 77–80°F for hours. Overall, I feel like they take advantage of their residents, especially when it comes to move-out charges and security deposits. I strongly recommend documenting everything before moving in and, more importantly, before moving out. UPDATE: I try to make a dispute and asked them for pictures and proof of what they´re charged me they just simply don't wanna do it, they take advantage of their position, and they just fit the amount with your security deposit to not pay you anything, I've been a good resident never late on my payments and they just don't care, DON'T RENT HERE RUN IF YOU CAN!

  My apartment is dripping water everyday through the fireplace. I have told them 3 weeks ago and they said they fixed it. When it rained after 2 days of that it dripped again and i told them again they put the order again and the lady there says she did her job by putting the maintenance request. Now they have put the request on hold by saying waiting for roofers and it’s been more than a week. I just wanted to ask that lady who was there since she told me her job was to put the request and her job is done. I asked for manager and manager wont be available for whole day lol. So since my water dripping problem is not fixed been more than a week, cant meet the manager since she is not in office and the office lady says her work is done since she put the request. Who do i ask for help when i am paying 2k for a apartment thats dripping since more than a week when it rains. This apartment has become a joke now. Seriously 2k a month and this is what i have to do to make them work.

  UPDATE ! A person in the same apartment building has been suffering from appalling health and sanitary issues in their unit a year ago. It’s outrageous that the landlord, fully aware of these dangerous conditions, has shamelessly continued leasing the apartment without fixing the problems! This neglect has left tenants trapped in an unsafe, unhealthy environment, desperate for a resolution. Twice, my bathroom overflowed with raw sewage into the carpet and bathtub. Emergency maintenance never answered. Management refused to help and even threatened me when I complained in person. They finally replaced the contaminated carpet — but only after almost a week of living with the smell and health risk. I have photos and videos of everything. Completely unprofessional and unsafe place to live.
