  Blessings upon blessings! Words can't even express the amount of gratitude we have for Brent. He truly went above and beyond to help us not only lease out our house but also buy our next house. He is incredibly thorough and timely. He gives you his full attention and gets things done the right way. He is extremely personable and truly cares about what is best for your situation. Even after we closed on our house he still came to the property to make sure everything was settled and in order. I never had to think twice about anything. Brent was always there for us one step ahead. He made sure all the tiny details were in order for us. He had our backs the entire time and made sure we got the best deal. My husband and I have busy work schedules and I never once had to remember anything. Brent was always there with the answers and the right questions for us. He made everything so extremely seamless. He had all the connections for us as well. There were some repairs that we needed done and he had the most reliable and reaonable people to recommend for us. I cant recommend Brent enough to others. I shout his name from the rooftops, he is so incredibly wonderful!

We continually asked for more and more options over a long period of time. Specifically in the North Dallas, Plano, Allen, Carrollton areas. Brent and his team both continued to work diligently and patiently with us. They were incredibly responsive to every request. With 30+ years of personal experience in the Dallas real estate market, Brent operates with seasoned expertise and has seen every scenario out there. More importantly, he is there to help in every possible way, whether you are a client or just looking for expert advice. Once we were ready to close, they helped us successfully negotiate favorable final details with the other realtor. They even went above and beyond in assisting with connecting us to subcontractors as needed for small move-in fixes (as the seller and their realtor did not the proper contractors in certain skill sets).   We found Brent and JoAnn through Compass in March 2026 and closed on our Coppell home less than three months later. From the very first conversation to the final title sign-off, they were nothing short of exceptional. With them, you get two of the greatest agent minds in one. This wasn't a simple transaction. We were selling while relocating internationally, which meant navigating FIRPTA withholding requirements and completing the entire closing while we were already abroad. Any one of those pieces could have derailed things. Instead, Brent and JoAnn coordinated everything and worked seamlessly with our tax specialist and the title company so that nothing fell through the cracks.
