  I wanted to share my experience because there have been multiple issues during our time living here. We originally lived on the third floor moved because our second-floor neighbor would repeatedly bang on their ceiling whenever we walked through our apartment. The situation escalated to the point where the neighbor came to our door and yelled profanity at us. I do want to acknowledge that the management team handled that situation well and worked with us to move to a first-floor apartment. Unfortunately, after moving, we continued to experience problems. Our blinds would not stay up, and I believe management even submitted the maintenance request on our behalf. The apartment advertises a 48-hour maintenance guarantee with a free month's rent if the request is not completed within that timeframe. However, no one came for nearly two weeks. When I asked about receiving the free month's rent based on the advertised guarantee, I was simply told that it could not be honored. I respectfully asked for an explanation, but no one ever provided one. More recently, we began seeing large roaches in our apartment. We requested pest control and were later told the service had been completed. However, no one entered our apartment to spray, so the issue was never actually addressed. I understand that problems can happen, but what has been most frustrating is the lack of follow-through and communication. I would appreciate an explanation regarding the maintenance guarantee and for the pest control issue to be properly resolved.

  Courtney is AMAZING! We had so so much fun as we toured this amazing property! She gave us all the details and several options. She made the process so easy and enjoyable!! 10/10 recommend Courtney and the Villa Lago apartments!!!

  Courtney Johnson was absolutely phenomenal during our guided tour. Her personality, her knowledge of the area and her ability to make this feel like home without even trying was an instant comfort. She provided so many options and went above and beyond just for me and made me excited and not hesitant to jump into a lease. Thank you Courtney!!! You’re amazing!

  I’ve lived in several apartment complexes over the last few years, and this one is by far the best of the bunch. Between the fast maintenance response, welcoming community and management, amazingly up-kept grounds, and the various amenities; it has been an absolute joy living here. If we ever end up coming back to the area, it will be a no-brainer to live here, and I can’t recommend it enough to anyone else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
