  It was great being able to self explore my exact unit and imagine all the things I’ll be doing for decor when I move in! Update: As a new resident, I’ve truly been enjoying my experience so far. My view overlooking downtown Fort Worth is absolutely breathtaking, and the property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. I’ve had the chance to explore the pool and common areas, and I love all of the amenities the community has to offer. One thing that has stood out the most is the staff. No matter how big or small my questions may be, they never make me feel like I’m asking a “dumb” question. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuinely happy to assist with any concerns. It has made the transition into my new home feel smooth and comfortable.

  The staff at the Phoenix are wonderful. They do a great job at caring for the residents. My dog loves going into the leasing office to say hi to everyone

  THE BEST apartment community I have been in! Highly recommend! The pros: very walkable area with plenty of restaurants, stores, etc within a mile or two. The train is really close as well. Made going to Dallas and the airport a breeze! The building was always clean and well maintained and parking was simple; overall quiet area. The best part of this complex, though, was the staff. The people in the office and the service technicians were the most professional, kind, and organized group! If nothing else, lease with them for the people! The con (which really isn’t a big deal): a few homeless in the area. Never felt unsafe but worth knowing. Moved out of the area or I probably would have stayed here forever! Can’t recommend enough! Go check them out!
